Madrid Break
Due to flight delays, we had to inform the apartment owner of our prolonged delay. They could not have been more helpful. On top of which, the apartment had a greetings pack, including a bottle of wine and bread. The location of the apartment was perfect too. We each had such a fantastic time.

Très bon séjour
L'appartement est bien situé et bien agencé pour 3 / 4 personnes. Il est bien équipé (clim, fibre, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge etc). En plein centre de Madrid, toutes les visites sont accessibles à pieds. Commerces nombreux à proximité. Le seul petit bémol, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte, c'est que la rue est un peu bruyante...mais sans horaires particuliers (2 nuits bruyantes, 2 nuits plus calmes). Au final un bon séjour. Les attentions de l'hôte sont particulièrement appréciées (petites provisions offertes à l'arrivée).

Great location & Welcome
Joel was a terrific host. He welcomed us with food and coffee. The location is terrific--can walk to anywhere in Central Madrid. Very bright and clean apartment in elevator building.

Wunderbar
Freundlicher und netter Kontakt sowie Empfang direkt durch Joel. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön (Altbaucharme mit moderner Ausstattung) und die Lage ebenfalls. Die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder die Ferienwohnung nutzen.

Great apartment
The apartment was great - perfectly sized and equipped for our little family of 3 (but 4 would be happily accommodated). Joel has provided everything that could be needed and it is a lovely place to stay. The street can be a bit noisy at night but that’s only to be expected in the centre of the city. Great location for wandering to Madrid’s many sights. Would highly reccommend a wander to the local Anton Martin Mercardo for food and drinks - great find recommended by our hosts!

Superb Apartment
Great apartment, great location, great host. Joel was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived and kept in touch throughout a stay. Great location no need to use the metro to get anywhere within the city centre. If we were to visit Madrid again, which I am sure we will, Joel's apartment will be top of our list. Thank you for a great time.

Apartamento en Calle de la Magdalena, Madrid
Excelente lugar para disfrutar a Madrid. Localicalización al lado de la Plaza Tirso de Molina (en el centro pero lejos del bullicio y la congestión), cómodo, limpio y con toda la dotación, muy bien las camas, baño y cocina y con ascensor (quinto piso). Y Joel un excelente anfitrión! Volvería sin dudarlo!!

Excellent experience in Madrid!
If planning to visit Madrid, this place has an excellent location. Joel, the host has taken care of every detail to make sure you feel at home. It is a neat and well designed apartment continently steps away from food markets, metro train station, restaurants & bars , and walking distance to all major tourist attractions. I would recommend it to anyone planning Madrid as their destination!

5 Star Price and location but ....
Pros: excellent location for sightseeing, great price, fast communication w owner, easy check in, reliable internet, coffee/milk/bread/oranges waiting for us Cons: Bathtub/shower NOT clean and needs new caulk, Sleeps 5 but coffee maker for 2 and only 2 coffee cups available, no closet or dresser in 1 bedroom so had to live out of suitcase on the floor, lots of noise from street below

Excellent choice!
This property was more than we expected! It was perfect for our 3 night stay. We walked in to find coffee, tea, and snacks waiting on us. The location is perfect--so close to everything you'd ever need! Joel (and his cousin Maria) were extremely accommodating and Joel communicated with us often during our stay. If you're going to be in Madrid for more than a night or two, this is your place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
