Modern apartment with a special terrace and view! <3

It's my 3rd time now on sardinia – I am always coming back for exploring beaches and the landscape and of course also nice apartments. Also this time we are very lucky to found this one by Massimo. Next to the great (and big) terrace with that unforgettable view (wake up at 7 am and please enjoy that light atmosphere!) the interior is on a high level. The owner Massimo has taste and and eye for details. Even after days you find some nice decoration elements or your eye stops on interesting film posters. The studio has a high standard of technical equipment (sound system) and is fully fitted with things which you need for your stay. Next to the apartment there is a huge pool with a restaurant and mini market – every night there is a program with music for kids and adults. For this apartment you should come by car (rent a car at olbia) and explore the beaches as much as possible. I suggest to go to the beaches next to porto cervo (for example Capriccioli) or in the near of Rotonto (Marinella) or to my alltime fave: Cala Brandinchi. To summerize: If you book this apartment, you make everything right for your sardinia trip! :) We will be back and thanks to Massimo for that nice contact :) Warm regards, Eva

Il gioiello della costa smeralda

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati una settimana nell'appartamento Asta e che dire: Fantastico, sinceramente più di quanto ci aspettassimo! Il monolocale si trova a cugnana verde, a 10/15 km dal porto di golfo aranci e Olbia ed è immerso nel verde di un grande villaggio compreso di 3 piscine, campi da tennis, edicola, tabacchi e minimarket. Frequento da molti anni la Sardegna e posso dire che l'appartamento si trova in una zona strategica della costa smeralda, a 10 minuti dalla bellissima porto cervo, poltu quatu e baia sardinia e a 10 minuti da porto rotondo, con le bellissime spiagge che gli appartengono. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto, funzionale e non manca davvero nulla! La veranda è una zona che abbiamo utilizzato tantissimo, compresa di tavolo per colazioni, aperitivi e cene vista mare, divanetti bianchi, stendini per costumi/teli mare e doccia esterna. La cucina dispone di qualsiasi attrezzo di cui una donna ha bisogno per esprimere al meglio il suo Masterchef ( più fornito di casa mia!) Anche il bagno è una vera chicca, piccolino ma perfetto: dispone di doccia larga, piano top in legno dove poter appoggiar il beauty, asciugamani puliti e lavatrice. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare massimo il proprietario dell'appartamento che stava arrivando proprio quando la nostra vacanza era giunta a termine, ma siamo stati accolti al nostro arrivo da Daniela (housekeeper) che in qualsiasi momento è stata disponibile ad aiutarci e ci ha fatto trovar l'appartamento pulitissimo. Massimo è stato gentilissimo, pronto ed esaustivo nella risposte sin dal primo momento. Torneremo sicuramente in questo gioiellino immerso nella spettacolare costa smeralda.

Bel monolocale funzionale e arredato con gusto

Appena rientrati dalla settimana di ferragosto. Il monolocale e proprio come appare dalle foto , arredamento moderno, funzionale. La posizione all'interno della struttura di Cugnana Verde e' felice, in alto e a lato del complesso e nonostante fossimo nel momento del massimo afflusso di Agosto siamo stati tranquilli. Il Balcone permette di mangiare comodi con vista sul mare 😄. La doccia funziona bene , cosa basilare IMO. Da Cugnana si raggiungono facilmente tutte le spiaggie della costa smeralda max 20 minuti per le spiagge intorno a Porto Rotondo . Il mare e il tempo quello che mi aspettavo dalla Sardegna 😀😀

La scelta migliore

Il monolocale è esattamente come in foto. Super attrezzato, c'è praticamente tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è ottima in quanto dista meno di dieci minuti di orologio dalla bellissima spiaggia "Rena Bianca". Il monolocale inoltre si trova in un residence molto bello che al suo interno dispone di 2 piscine (adulti e bambini) un bar/pub/pizzeria, un minimarket, un edicola/tabaccheria, un ristorante tipico ed un negozio di prodotti sardi. Per gli ospiti della casa di Massimo il trattamento è il medesimo degli altri ospiti del residence stesso in termini di accoglienza e servizi offerti. La casa è molto ben tenuta e curata nei dettagli. Consiglio vivamente questa scelta. Concludo sottolineando la serietà e la cortesia di Massimo.

Super !!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien agencé, une vue magnifique avec une douche sur la terrasse (génial !!!), même si la résidence est très grande, il fait très très calme. Jamais de problème pour se garer il y a toujours de la place. et que dire du proprietaire merci à lui pour sa petite attention (pain sarde) et pour ses conseils sur les restaurants et les choses à voir. On a hâte d'être à l'année prochaine pour revenir. N'hésitez pas à lui demander des renseignements si vous hésitez à venir car il est très disponible et de bons conseils.

Des vraies vacances

Le studio correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous avions pu voir sur le site. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par le propriétaire qui a également pu nous conseiller sur les activités à faire et les différents endroits à ne pas louper. La vue est incroyable de jour et magique de nuit, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons trouvé ce studio très bien décorée et très fonctionnel. Ce studio se trouve dans une grande résidence qui dispose également d'un restaurant, des petits commerces ainsi qu'une piscine très animée. L'endroit où se trouve la résidence est idéal pour découvrir la costa smeralda qui bénéficie de plage de rêve. Nous n'hésiterons pas reprendre contact avec le propriétaire lors de nos prochaines vacances en Sardaigne.

molto carino e logisticamente perfetto

Situato in un villaggio a 5 minuti dalle spiagge della Costa Smeralda. Nel villaggio una grande piscina permette al rientro dal mare di rinfrescarsi e degustare un aperitivo nei vari locali intorno alla piazzetta. L'appartamento è molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort. La terrazza è molto funzionale: è dotata di doccia e ha una splendida vista sul golfo. Il proprietario Massimo è gentile e molto disponibile, Consiglio di passare una vacanza in questo appartamento all'insegna del mare e del relax.

Siamo stati veramente for...

Siamo stati veramente fortunati a trascorrere la nostra vacanza in questo accogliente e rilassante appartamento. A pochi chilometri da spiagge e mare stupendi. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e ti permette di scollegare la spina e di sentirti veramente in vacanza. Perfetto anche con un bambino piccolo. Una bellissima scoperta speriamo presto di poter tornare.

Très joli appartement ave...

Il monolocale è posiziona...

Il monolocale è posizionato in una zona strategica ( vista mare ) e a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda, arredato e ristrutturato perfettamente ( dal vivo è ancora meglio che in foto ) posto auto sempre disponibile a meno di 20 mt dall'appartamento, non manca proprio nulla, spero di poterci tornare anche l'anno prossimo ( questo è già il SECONDO ANNO CONSECUTIVO). STRACONSIGLIATO!!
