At the foot of the Sancy massif, at an altitude of 1050m, in the green summer pastures, 1 km from the village of La Tour d'Auvergne (all shops, doctor, pharmacy, bank, etc.), is this spacious chalet (8p; 150m2) ) and comfortable surrounded by a 15a garden. Breathtaking views of the Sancy Massif and the Cantal mountains (view over 100 km!).
In this environment in the middle of nature you can enjoy the joys of walks, skiing, mountain biking, swimming, fishing, ...
It will be an opportunity to discover the Auvergne heritage (villages, churches, vulcania, lakes, ...)
The chalet is located near the thermal spa centers of Bourboule (10km) and Mont Dore (15 km) and the Nordic ski centers (La Stèle: 4km) and alpine skiing (Chastreix-Sancy: 15km; Mont Dore: 20 km; Besse Super Besse: 27 km)

Dépaysement total

Chalet très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur les volcans d’Auvergne à proximité d’un village avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Charme du chalet en bois bien équipé mais aussi son inconvénient d’isolation sonore (il faut tous avoir le même rythme de sommeil).

Chalet en bois avec une superbe vue au calme

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement et les équipements proposés de ce chalet bien cosy. Certe il craque un peu quand il y a du vent mais rien de nature à nous y sentir bien. Je me permets juste quelques suggestions : Prévoir d investir dans une rénovation des radiateurs électriques très energivor (comme précisé dans la notice). Nous aurions apprécié un poêle ou une cheminée pour agrémenter nos soirées. Enfin nous avons pas mal cuisiné grâce aux nombreux équipements et je dois dire que je ne suis pas fan de la plaque de cuisson vitro céramique. Enfin nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil dans la région et la gentillesse de votre contact sur place. Je conseille vivement de venir y passer un séjour agréable dans cette belle région.

PARFAIT !

Le Chalet est idéal et bien équipé pour 8 personnes. Une ambiance toute en bois. Superbe vue du salon et de la terrasse. Nous avons été contacté par les propriétaires avant notre séjour pour des informations complémentaires et répondre à nos demandes : un geste appréciable et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination.

Noel en Famille.

Très bon chalet pour se retrouver en famille. L'hote est très accueillant. Attention toutefois la photo est trompeuse, on ne pense pas etre en bord de route. Sinon endroit à proximité de tout. Très fonctionnel.

Gite idéalement situé pour des balades entre amis. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le massif du Sancy

Le gîte est très confortable pour loger 8 personnes dans 4 chambres séparées. Il en est de même pour la cuisine très bien équipée. Le séjour est agréable. Il y a une terrasse et une table pour prendre des repas en plein air.

Intérieur et confort décevant .

Tres bel'environnement pour ce chalet au calme . Intérieur vieillot . Électricité à revoir . Les prises electriques alimentant les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas dans une des chambres du bas . L'installation electrique de l'étage n'était pas pratique ( alimentation des lampes de chevet !!! ) Dans la cuisine la hotte aspirante ne fonctionnait pas. Alerté dès le debut de notre séjour , l'interlocuteur prévu n'a pas jugé bon d'intervenir .. 1256 € pour la semaine méritait me semble t il un peu plus d'attention de la part du propriétaire.

Le panorama depuis la terrasse est splendide. L'environnement est très calme. La maison est très bien équipée. Boulangerie, boucherie et petite alimentation à 1,5km. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Suggestion : La fourniture de draps et linge de toilette serait un plus.

Excellent sejour

Chalet très bien situé avec une vue magnifique a juste distance du village pour être au calme et profiter des services. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des couchages de qualité, la cuisine bien équipée. Plein de randonnées facilement accessibles et les petit-déjeuners avec le Puy de Sancy en toile de fond sont un bon moyen de démarrer la journée d'excellente humeur.

Maison chaleureuse et confortable avec vue imprenable sur la montagne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'équipement qui est généreux (beaucoup de vaisselle, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge, et surtout: les BD et les jeux de société pour les enfants).

Super vacances d'hiver en Auvergne

Chalet très confortable pour vivre des moments en groupe, les espaces communs sont chouettes, les chambres aussi, on ne se marche pas dessus. Bien équipé (cuisine, chambres...) Ce qu'on a adoré : trouver de la neige pas loin (la stèle, Mont-Dore, Besse), les balades en forêt et sur les sommets, les marchands de bons fromages à deux pas du chalet, les jeux de sociétés mis à disposition. C'est un bon emplacement, il y a beaucoup à découvrir aux alentours

repos et calme

joli chalet bien place avec vue imprenable au milieu de la nature ; jolies ballades neige a proximité . espace tres agreable dans le chalet nous etions 8 pas de soucis de place ou de promiscuité ;excellente semaine , je pense qu au printemps cet endroit doit avoir beaucoup de charme egalement ; merçi aux proprietaires pour leur convivialité a louer sans hesiter .
