Séjour août 2020

Séjour de 8 nuits à la villa Claudia. Villa très bien équipée.Jimin est super sympa et disponible.Dommage que la rue centrale soit bruyante la nuit mais la maison se situe un peu en retrait!!arrêt de bus juste en bas,facile de se déplacer dans Nice(nous n'avions pas de voiture ).La maison aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, magnifique vue du balcon.

Cosy appartment with nice balkony

Every day we started our day with a breakfast on the sunny balcony with croissants from the nearby bakery having great view on the harbour lighthouse. The appartment was clean and well equipped. Thanks for the nice stay Petra and Heiko

mi sono trovato bene

Salve a tutti. Scriverò una bella recensione a questa casa perché io l’ho scelta seguendo le recensioni degli altri ospiti. La casa è carina aerosa e soleggiata per una vacanza di 10 gg per 4 persone va più che bene. Se la si usa come casa di appoggio per poi girare con la macchina la costa azzurra è ok. I difetti? ci sono ! le zanzare non mancano c’è il giardino e dovrebbero esserci le zanzariere. la vicinanza al porto si sente eccome per via dei traghetti per la Corsica nelle mattinate si sente lo sbarco e imbarco delle auto. Non si può andare alla promenade a piedi perché ci si stanca .Al solito nel bagno manca aihme il bidet. Ma ripeto, tutte cose che non hanno distrubato più di tanto la vacanza se hai l automobile. Jimin è stata veramente cortese su tutto! Una persona per bene Un saluto a Jimin ps per correttezza bisogna menzionare che il parcheggio è a pagamento e che l aria condizionata non c'è, sebbene con i ventilatori si stava ugualmente bene

Our holiday

The flat was just as we thought it would be, perfect for 2 people. Location is great, near to everything but quieter than the main town. The flat is in an old villa, great position, lots of cooling air coming up from the sea. Jimin was extremely helpful and friendly, it was lovely to meet her. Would definitely recommend as long as you’re not looking for something ultra modern.

Accueillant et sympathique

Parfait pour un séjour à Nice, lieu tranquille, cour ensoleillée. Seul hic, la cafetière ne fait pas honneur à la France, un percolateur bien élémentaire. Jimin est sympathique et disponible,. Je recommanderai l’appartement sans hésiter mais définitivement sans voiture,les stationnements sont tantôt payants, tantôt loin.

Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Wir waren sehr begeistert und hoch zufrieden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Nizza Urlaub ohne Auto perfekt. Bus hält vor der Tür. Trotz städtischer Lokalisation hat die Wohnung einen Gartenplatz und in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung gibt es Bademöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jimin ist zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einfach nur toll!

We stayed in Nice,Villa Claudia,late September 2018,beautiful ung ,100 years old villa,with a nice terrace,with a view over the Harbor. We had a nice stay there, the Harbor is more peaceful than central Nice. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. In the summermonths you can take a little free boat over the habor,to the Old town and Promenade des Anglais Or the local bus just nearby,to other places to see on Cote de azur. The house was well cleaned,and Jimin took good care of us We didnt use the gasoven,we used the micro for our cooking. We liked our stay,friendly and helpful people everywhere.But we didnt get so much help in the touristoffice... And very much to see. Merci et a votre retour! Carita and Anne-Charlotte from Sweden. .

wonderful corner at the seaside

The oldtime charm of the place is enhanced by its location. It is here that we discovered the better and more beautiful side of Nice. The little apartment was lovely and confortable, we would like to spend more time here in the coming summers!

Une belle semaine à Nice

Bel appartement style petite villa italienne pittoresque près du port de Nice, petite terrasse avec (une petite) vue sur la mer, jardinet avec une table et des chaises pour manger Dehors... . Il y a tout ce dont a besoin pendant une semaine de vacances en famille (nous: parents + 2 filles de 5/11 ans) et Jimin Kahn, très accueillante et gentille, est présente dès qu'il y a le moindre problème. Ce qui nous a particulièrement plu: les petites plages tout près de l'appartement avec vue sur les collines côtières (direction est après l'hôtel LA RESERVE), le site préhistorique à 500 mètres, le bus 38 qui vous amène rapidement au centre-ville. Seul petit inconvénient: Des fois, les ferrys et les croisières du port devant l'appart font du bruit pendant la nuit: prévoir des boules Quiès …

Love Villa Claudia

This is our second stay in Villa Claudia. It is lovely looking over the harbour and watching the enormous Corsica ferry slip through the gap and into the harbour. The well equipped self catering apartment is perfect for a couple and accommodates four easily. Nice and quiet, with a bus stop outside the gate. Lots of restaurants very close by plus a good supermarket. Jimin took good care of us and kept in touch throughout our stay. Would recommend a stay here.

Unsaubere und ungepflegte Ferienwohnung!

In der Ferienwohnung war wohl seit langem nicht mehr geputzt worden. Insbesondere die Küche war unsauber, die Bodenfliesen waren fast schwarz. Am Gasherd funktionierten nur drei von vier Flammen, der Toaster war nicht zu gebrauchen wegen starker Qualmbildung, der Wasserleitungkopf beschädigt und notdürftig geflickt, der Heißwasserkocher vollkommen verkalkt. Im Bad funktionierte die Lampe am Spiegel nicht, im Salon die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers nicht. Außerdem konnten nur fünf oder sechs Programme gesehen werden. Der Parkettboden war generell schon sehr verschlissen und in keinem guten Zustand.

Kleine alte Villa mit Charme in guter Lage

Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt in dieser charmanten kleinen Villa in schöner ruhiger Lage am Hafen. Sie ist etwas abgelegen vom Trubel der Stadt, die aber in 10-15 Min. zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist oder mit dem Bus in ein paar Min. Alles ist ein wenig heruntergekommen und hier und da könnte mal etwas aufgefrischt werden, aber das hat auch einen gewissen Flair. Der Empfang war herzlich und alles verlief sehr unkompliziert - sehr angenehm und Dank an Jimin! Das Einzige, was uns etwas genervt hat war die leckende Badewanne - hier müssten die Silikonabdichtungen mal erneuert werden und ein paar zusätzliche Handtücher wären auch ganz schön. Ansonsten ein Rundum schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank! Herzliche Grüße Dorle

L'appartement en lui même est agréable , et assez bien agencé Bien qu'ayant été refait, il n'en reste pas mois vieillot, le sol de la cuisine est tellement usé, qu'on le dirait sale Le robinet de cuisine est cassé Le jardin n'est pas entretenu ainsi que son mobilier, si bien qu'on ne ressent pas l'envie de s'y installer Quand aux équipement cités, certains sont inexistants Parking : dans la rue sèche linge : pas vu climatisation : aucune (2ventilateurs) pas de four, juste un micro ondes wifi : non, on vous donne un code wifi fon qui ne fonctionne pas La télé est branché sur une antenne intérieure, si bien qu'elle ne fonctionne que quand elle y pense Pour le reste, l'emplacement est idéal, proche du port Nous avons été déçus de ne pas trouver toutes les prestations annoncées

Schöne FeWo am Hafen von Nizza, Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Nizza. Schlüsselübergabe, FeWo -abnahme und Ansprechbarkeit der sehr netten Verwalterin waren Bestens. Man lebt mit/im Alltag der französischen Nachbarschaft. Reist man mit dem Auto an, sollte man unbedingt den angebotenen Parkplatz mieten der mit 8 Euro am Tag zu buche schlägt. Parken in Nizza ist wie Lotto spielen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch wenn manchmal der Hafenbetrieb über Nacht zu hören war.

Wunderschöne Villa in bester Lage

Sehr geräumig (zumindest für 2 Personen) und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar noch hübscher als auf den Fotos, und der Ausblick auf die Hafeneinfahrt ist einfach genial! Auch im kleinen Gärtchen sitzt es sich sehr angenehm und malerisch, vor allem wenn es einem auf dem Balkon zu heiß wird, ist hier noch ein schönes Plätzchen im Schatten zu finden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Supermarkt, ein Gemüsestand und ein Fischhändler sind gleich um die Ecke, so dass man gerne auch mal selbst kocht (vor allem bei den Preisen der Restaurants im Hafen, die die Preise z.B. in Vieille Nice noch um einiges übersteigen). Die Lage ist auch super, in ca. 15 min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt (Abkürzung über das Hafenbecken: ein Boot fährt umsonst von der einen Seite zur anderen!) und wenn man lieber nicht so weit gehen will, ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Als Strand zu empfehlen: Plage de la Réserve, ca. 5 min entfernt. Wunderschönes klares türkisblaues Wasser, Steinstrand abwechselnd mit aus dem Stein gehauenen Terrassen. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert! Übrigens: eine teilweise unterirdisch verlaufende Straßenbahn vom Hafen bis zum Flughafen ist in Bau, dann wird die Anbindung noch besser.

Really nice!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren nun schon zum 4.Mal in der Villa Claudia und sind immer wieder begeistert von der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit französischem Charme und Meerblick. Man ist schnell am Hafen und in der Stadt und die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen - alles perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

In Nizza zu Hause

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was es für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt, auch wenn wir uns zuerst damit abfinden mussten, dass die ö.V. Verbindungen ins Zentrum nach 20.00 Uhr eingestellt sind. Da aber auch alles (Geschäfte, Restaurants) in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden ist, stellt dies kein wirkliches Problem dar. Die Abendspaziergänge entlang dem Hafen hätten uns mit der Zeit gefehlt... Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
