Unas buenas vacaciones junto a la playa
En general, pasamos muy buena estancia en la casa. La ubicacion es fantastica, a miy pocos metros de la playa Les Deveses, muy amplia y tranquila. En cuanto a la casa esta muy bien, a destacar el espacio exterior, con barbacoa, jardin y zona para relajarte. Lo unico negativo que se puede decir es que el aire acondiionado no funcionaba, pero por el resto unas vacaciones fantasticas. Volveriamos a repetir.

No está en primera línea de playa
La vivienda no está en primera línea de playa, a pesar de que se anuncia como así lo fuera. No puede verse el mar desde la casa, como ocurre en otras viviendas de dicha playa. Hubiéramos esperado algún detalle básico, presente en la mayoría de alojamientos de VRBO: sal, aceite de algún tipo y alguna bolsa de basura. Nos ha parecido muy caro el servicio de limpieza de 100€, pero es cierto que la casa estaba limpísima. La casa es fresca, cómoda y agradable para el verano.

Comodidad al lado del mar.
La casa es estupenda y a 40 metros del mar. Está mu limpia y muy cómoda , el porche exterior y el jardín te permite hacer toda la vida fuera de la casa y pasar unas vacaciones al aire libre total. Mari Carmen es una anfitriona estupenda que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La casa está muy bien equipada, hasta con sombrillas y sillas de playa. Un lugar para volver!!!

Junto a la playa
Es una casa sencilla a pocos metros de la playa entre Oliva y Dénia en una zona tranquila de chalets. Un estupendo jardín y zona de barbacoa fantástica para el verano, buena chimenea para invierno. Algo alejada de comercios y restaurantes. Muy interesantes las excursiones por el interior con carreteras de montaña y preciosos valles a menos de 50 km. La dueña es muy amable atenta. Muy recomendable.

Pasamos nuestras vacaciones muy bien en "les Deves". La única cosa que me puedo quejar sobre es el Wifi que no funcionaba bien. Empero puedo aconsejar a ir por allí.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines reposantes, l’accueil à été parfait, une villa magnifique , bien équipée dans un chemin calme et en plus à 20 mètres d’une plage de sable fin très calme Super séjour, trop envie de revenir dans cette belle maison l’année prochaine

Tout s’est très bien passé. La maison est à quelques mètres dune plage très agréable au sable fin. Carmen nous a accueilli , très ponctuelle et parle très bien le français. C’est une hote très agréable avec qui j’étais en contact par WhatsApp. La maison était conforme à nos attentes, le terrain est bien clos de murs ( pratique avec animaux et enfant ). La maison est très propre 3 chambres fonctionnelles , des ventilateurs à pales dans toutes les pièces aident à supporter la chaleur . La cuisine d été est très pratique. Vous pouvez réserver cette maison sans crainte si vous souhaitez être les pieds dans l’eau et profitez d’un joli jardin . Merci à Mari Carmen pour sa gentille , pour sa corbeille de fruit très appréciable et pour sa réactivité. Nous recommandons évidemment cette location !

Me ha parecido muy cómodo y muy bien cuidado. La cocina exterior está equipada con todo lo necesario. Todo muy limpio La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila y casi en la misma playa. Maison au top!

Sehr nette Besitzerin die auf einen im Haus wartet um alles zu zeigen. Kommunikation mit ihr persönlich klappt einwandfrei. Auch mit Hilfe des Google Übersetzers. Zum Strand 30m. Schönes Grundstück auch für Kinder zum Spielen, Außenküche, Carport, alles sehr gut. Grüße an Frau Lopez!

War ein erholsamer Urlaub
Ist ein super Bungalow man hatte alles was man brauchte. Tolles Objekt um entspannen zu können. Frau Lopez ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin die auch öfters mal nachfragte ob alles ok ist. Strand ist ca. 50 Meter entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lidl) ca.3 Kilometer.

Familiensommerurlaub
Die Nähe zum Strand ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß, sauber und alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch in dem gepflegten Garten sehr gerne morgens auf der Terrasse unseren ersten Kaffee ☕️ getrunken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und herzlich!!

En la playa
Zona tranquila con la playa a 20 M2, cómoda vivienda limpia y con todo lo necesario, excelente para ir con mascotas. Anfitriona agradable y nos dejó una bandeja de frutas de la zona, Mari Carmen volveremos.

Sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz!
Wir (Paar mit zwei Hunden) hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Haus liegt strandnah (ca. 30m) und im grossen Garten hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne. Uns und den Hunden hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Drei Parkplätze, zwei überdachte Terrassen und Aussengrill. Unkomplizierte Hausübergabe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
