Una terrazza fantastica
La fantastica terrazza con vista mare è sicuramente il grande pregio della casa. Molto disponibile la padrona di casa. L'accesso con molti gradini è da valutare, nel caso di persone con difficoltà ambulatorie.

Piacevole soggiorno
La casa risponde alle caratteristiche dell'annuncio. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La posizione della villa (fronte mare) e la grande terrazza sono stati i punti migliori del nostro soggiorno. Comodissima per famiglie con bambini, solo un po' faticose le scale. La spiaggia ha fondale basso e sabbioso. La villa non è adatta per persone con difficoltà motorie per via delle scale di accesso. Ci ritornerei volentieri, la terrazza vista mare già mi manca!

Le foto non ingannano, la vista e la vivibilità del grande terrazzo danno massimo valore all'alloggio. Spazi ampi, attrezzatura completa, pulizia perfetta, ottima posizione. Un difetto: il posto auto non c'è e in medio/alta stagione (noi fine luglio) si combatte per il posto sotto o vicino a casa

Panoramica fresca e accogliente
Cia siamo trovati benissimo, la terrazza ha un panorama da sogno. La casa, che è stata ristruturata da poco, è spaziosa e fresca ed immersa nel verde. Ideale per chi ama la natura ed essere vicino al mare. Ci sono degli scalini da fare ma ne vale la pena. Non adatta a persone anziane con problemi di mobilità. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e gentili da subito. Ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Meravigliosa!!
Le fotografie dell'annuncio già parlano da sole. Bell'appartamento, ristrutturato da poco, camere spaziose, cucina attrezzata e terrazza molto ampia e con una visuale mozzafiato. La vista dà direttamente sul mare e di conseguenza sul tramonto: merita la fatica dei gradini per arrivarci, ma che per chi non è troppo pigro sono una buona ginnastica! Comodo per noi che abbiamo due ragazzi quasi adolescenti che potevano recarsi autonomamente in spiaggia, ma essere comunque controllati dagli adulti dalla terrazza. E' a pochissimi minuti dal centro di Rodi, se si vuole andare a piedi, ancora meno se si vuole arrivare in auto: sinceramente consiglio la passeggiata lungomare, breve e rilassante. Molto ospitale la proprietaria, che ha saputo accoglierci con cordialità e rispondere alla valanga di domande che le abbiamo posto.

Davvero una bella località! Mare pulito, un sacco di verde, gente semplice e alla mano. L'appartamento merita, molto accogliente soprattutto la terrazza! Bellissimo panorama soprattutto al tramonto!!! Stavamo sempre lì :) I proprietari molto simpatici e disponibili. Li saluto tanto!!!

Bella casa ma.
Posto incantevole panorama meraviglioso come da foto ma la villa è veramente trasandata. Pulizia diciamo scarsa diciamo.. biancheria insufficiente soprattutto x la cucina quasi inesistente. Molto comoda la lavatrice che abbiamo sfruttato.subito dopo la prima notte abbiamo ritirato coprimat.lenzuola, federe, copriletto per una bella lavata! Spiace perché i proprietari sono veramente gentili e accoglienti.
