At 10 minutes from Dieppe city center and from the seaside, at the beginning of the Norman countryside, this holiday cottage will welcome you with its beautiful lanscaped garden full of fruit trees. According to the season and the weather, you will enjoy a barbecue or a chimney fire.
The house has been totally renovated in April 2012, and the bathroom has been renewed in January 2015.

Idyllic garden

It was overall a wonderful time, especially recommended if you have a dog. The furnishings are a bit older, which is something to be aware of. Many beautiful excursions (especially for hiking) are easily accessible by Car. Communication with Julien was quick and straightforward.

The host is very nice and helpful

we had a good stay, the only thing for us negative ( but that is bad timing ) the neighbors were renovating the house and the neighbor dog started barking a 6.30 till 16.30 some days constantly. `but the owner can not do much about that.

Could be a great house, just needs some love, care and maintenance.

Julien very kindly let us check in early, at 9am instead of 4pm which was very much appreciated as we had travelled on the overnight ferry arriving at 4.30am. The house was a disappointment. The shutters and door were screaming out to be painted, settee was very disheveled, the kettle needed descaling, the lamp was torn. However, the bed was very comfy, the shower was excellent, lovely garden, good location. House was spacious.

Dit uitgewoonde huis zou niet meer verhuurd mogen worden!

Afschuwelijk! Het huis was bij aankomst vreselijk vies. Overal witte hondenharen. Op de bank en over de gehele vloer. Zelfs op het aanrecht. Overal enorme spinnenwebben met vele dode insecten in hun web dus deze zijn niet van een paar dagen. In de badkamer blonde lange haren. Het blad van de wastafel was beschimmeld en op de designradiator lag stof van weken. En dan de staat van het huis: meubels zijn kapotgebeten door een hond of pup. Ik herken ze want we hebben zelf een hond (met korte zwarte haren). De kalk op de wc-pot was zo aangekoekt en verkleurd in een raar soort grijs dat het te vies was om erop te gaan zitten. De terrasstoelen hadden allemaal roest op de zitting dus je kan er niet met je lichte kleding op zitten. In de houten poort zaten kapotte planken. Het gat in de poort werd dichtgemaakt met een metalen handschep. De voordeur klemt enorm en de deurklink was van voor de oorlog. De jalouzie in de keuken was kapot. 2 lamellen hingen aan een draad. Buiten was het verfwerk aan het afbladderen. De schuurdeuren of wat het was hingen allemaal scheef en zag er armoedig uit. En zo kan ik nog wel even door gaan. Kortom, wij voelden ons niet welkom en zijn nog geen 24 uur gebleven. We hadden geboekt voor 7 dagen maar dit kan je niet op korte termijn oplossen. Bovendien zijn we daar voor onze rust en vakantie en niet om de opzichter te zijn terwijl het huis in goede staat wordt gebracht. Wij hebben gevraagd om een restitutie maar de eigenaar laat niks van zich horen.

Einrichtung und Kontakt mit Vermieter stark verbesserungswürdig

Die Lage und der Garten vom Haus sind an sich sehr schön und sehr geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund (komplett eingezäunt). Die Einrichtung ist allerdings teilweise schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Sofa und die Stühle vom Esstisch müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Kaffeemaschine musste erstmal von uns entkalkt werden. Der Schuppen mit Waschmaschine und Liegestühlen (die nicht wirklich funktionstüchtig sind) ist zur Hälfte mit Altglas vollgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schlecht. Auf Fragen hat er teilweise nicht geantwortet und kam auch nicht vorbei, obwohl er direkt nebenan wohnt.

Une semaine bien agréable. La maison est très belle, avec sa cheminée et il n'y manque rien. Mi-septembre, nous avons eu du beau temps et avons pris tous nos repas dans le jardin. Mon petit cocker a adoré se rouler dans l'herbe du grand jardin clôturé.

Bon séjour dans une longère normande

Un jardin clos , une longère avec 2 chambres dans les combles, plutôt bien aménagée (cuisine,douche..)à 7km de Dieppe. De la verdure, peu de bruits, chants d'oiseaux excepté. Juste :faire attention pour rentrer sa voiture ( marche arrière conseillée !) Le propriétaire habite juste à côté et est très disponible . Bon accès pour la côte de St Valery en Caux à Dieppe.

Gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Der Garten des Objekts ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass Hundebesitzer sich keine Gedanken machen müssen. Der offene Kamin hat uns um die Weihnachtszeit und Neujahr schöne Abende bereitet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Vacances hiver

Très froid à l arrivé pas de chauffage de mis compteur coupé. Pas de bois pour la cheminé on a du aller en acheter à brico marché, des toiles de poussières et d araignées en dessou du lit y avait un livre et des chaussettes sales dommage sinon la maison et pas mal mais un pas bien entretenu les murs de salle de bain sale un peu moisis .a part ça y a tout ce qu il faut .😉

A Ancourt on y court

Maison tres sympathique et acceuillante. Julien est charmant et disponible. Le point fort est ce magnifique jardin arboré où malgré la canicule nous avons toujours trouvé de la fraîcheur.

Heerijke week in mooie omgeving

De woning viel ons bij aankomst wat tegen, klein en donker, en vooral niet helemaal schoon. De tuin maakt veel goed en vooral ook de mooie kust met leuke dorpjes. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Wel moet je overal met de auto naartoe. Fietsen is niet echt een optie en de woning ligt behoorlijk afgelegen ad rand van het dorp waar niets is behalve een bakker.

Très bon séjour dans une maison très agréable. Bon accueil du propriétaire. A l écart de Dieppe mais à 10mn en voiture. Au calme . Le chien à apprécié le jardin qui doit être très agréable l été. Nous reviendrons c est sûr. ..
