Très belle maison

Très belle maison avec terrasse très agréable ensoleillée. Centre de saint briac juste à côté et plage à pied ! Je recommande vivement.

Alt und nicht sauber

Kommunikation war ok, Check in sehr oberflächlich. Leider war das Haus nicht sauber, überall Spinnweben, die Gläser waren alle verstaubt und verschmutzt, mussten vor Gebrauch Erst mal abgewaschen werden. Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sehr stark verschmutzt, für uns nicht nutzbar! Im Waschbecken im Bad kam kein warmes Wasser,der Durchlauferhitzer sprang nicht an, in der Dusche ständiger Wechsel warm kalt. TV für EM nicht nutzbar,schlechtes Signal, leider war auch keine Bar mit Fußball Übertragung in direkter Umgebung. Kein WiFi. Lage ok, leider nicht viele Restaurants im Ort sodass man immer fahren muss. Wir können die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage an der Smaragdküste

Wir waren 12 Tage in dem Ferienhaus in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer (Ehepaar mit zwei Zwergdackeln). Das Haus war mit der Beschreibung und Adresse sehr leicht zu finden, der Check-In absolut problemlos, schon die Kommunikation vor der Reise mit der Vermieterin war sehr persönlich und angenehm, hat uns jeweils vor An- und Abreise nochmals per Telefon kontaktiert. Das Haus liegt perfekt, um den Ort selbst, aber auch die ganze Region der Côte Émeraude zu entdecken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Restaurants, Wasser fußläufig. Angenehme Größe, mit einem dachhohen Raum mit offener Küche, Essplatz und Couchecke. Holzbalken, maritime Farben, Ölbilder und liebevolle Dekoration geben dem Haus sein individuelles, familiär vertrauliches Flair. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß und das Bett angenehm, Bettwäsche frisch bezogen, im Flur gibt es Schrank und Kommode für die mitgebrachte Bekleidung. Das Bad ist mit einer Duschwanne und Waschbecken ausgestattet, es finden sich Hand- und Duschtücher. Zudem verfügt das Bad über eine Waschmaschine, gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt vielleicht nicht unwichtig. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und einen kleinen Backofen, es gibt Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Einzig ungewöhnlich ist eine Außentoilette in einem kleinen Steinhäuschen auf der Grundstücksecke über die Terrasse, aber daran gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell. Außenbereich mit gefliester Terrasse, Tisch und Sonnenschirm. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr gute Lage

Das Haus war entzückend. Wir haben die umgebung sehr genossen. Schade, das es mit keinen Wort erwähnt wurde, daß das WC im Terrassenhäuschen sich befindet.

Ideale Lage, gemütlich und gepflegt

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, diskret und korrekt. Das Objekt hält was es verspricht. Das man alle Einkäufe zu Fuss erledigen kann, das Haus ideal ausgestattet ist und die Gegend viel zu bieten hat, ist sicher hervorzuheben.

Bezauberndes kleines Ferienhaus nah am Meer

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, in wenigen Gehminuten am Meer, Bäcker, Gemüseladen, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle nach Dinard und Saint Malo fußläufig, kein PKW notwendig,da 2 gute Fahrräder kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen, viele große und kleine Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Der Küstenpfand nach Dinard läuft sich sehr gut und bietet beeindruckende Blicke zum Cap Frehel und nach Saint Malo. Ich kann das Ferienhaus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die nette Gastgeberin!

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Innenhof mit Liegestühlen uns großem Essplatz. Das Haus selbst liegt ca.3 min fußläufig vorm dorfzentrum und in 5 Minuten ist man schon am Meer. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle location très bien située. Un peu loin des plages si vous avez des enfants en bas âge. Maison fonctionnelle et bien équipée, agréable à vivre. Points négatifs : les toilettes dans la cour (pittoresque, mais problématique quand il pleut), le portail bien compliqué, et le manque de WiFi.

Liebevoll eingerichtet Häuschen, das mit seiner Art die wunderschöne Umgebung wiederspiegelt.

Liebevoll eingerichtet Häuschen, indem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Das die Toilette in einem gemauerten Türmchen außerhalb des Hauses ist, hat seinen Charme. Das Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür parken, die Lage nah zum Ortskern (kleiner Supermarkt 7 min) und Strände ist unübertroffen. In der Küche mit Minibackofen kann man gut für die ganze Familie kochen und das Bad mit der warmen Dusche ist nach einem Standtage pure Erholung.
