Welcome to your perfect Sunriver family escape! Just a short stroll from all the fun, this light-filled home is made for memory-making. The great room is perfect for relaxing together—cozy up by the gas fireplace for a movie night after a day of adventures. The spacious dining area seats 8, with room for 2 more at the counter, and the fully stocked kitchen has everything from a double oven to both Keurig and regular coffee makers for early morning starts.

The main-level king suite features a private bath, walk-in shower, cable TV, and direct access to the hot tub—great for unwinding while the kids play. You’ll also find a half bath, laundry room, and garage access with a ping pong table and bikes.

Upstairs, everyone gets their space with three more comfy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There’s plenty of room for the whole crew, including a kid-friendly bunk room with its own deck and TV/DVD for quiet downtime.

Step outside to grill up a family feast or relax under the stars in the private hot tub.

Excellent stay

We loved this house and will stay there again next year if it’s available. It was wonderful that all 4 couples each had their own bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. Everything worked well. The only down side was there was not a refrigerator/freezer in the garage so the space was a little tight in the kitchen but now that we know that we will prepare a little differently next time. Loved everything about it!

Our Family Summer

Everything was very nice. We had a wonderful family time. However, we were surprised that we did not have access to the pools. It was not clear to us what we were facing. It was very expensive for all of us to go to the one available pool and we could not go as often as we would have preferred. Also, it was difficult to get the TV working. While we got some support from your team, if we did not have some younger adults who knew computers, we would have been really upset. BTW, we had two neighboring houses for our family, but I am only responding to one.

Central Location and Great Layout

Wonderful home! Lots of beds for the sq footage. Well stocked kitchen and updated finishes.

We had a great time. Everything was as described. Rooms are smaller than they appear in photos. Beautiful home. Thanks for the flexibility in our check in and out times! We will be back!

Perfect Hang Out House

Great layout for a small group with teens - ping pong, pool table and short bike ride to the village made for an easy, relaxing weekend of fun. Plenty of bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Would have loved an extra bike or 2 so the whole family could ride. Would rent again.

Great Family Vacation Home

We enjoyed your fully stocked kitchen and cozy family room. This was a super place for our family to relax and spend time together. We also enjoyed the close location to the village and to the trail to walk along the river.

Birthday get away!
