Welcome to 29 Tan Oak, a beautiful, air-conditioned home that offers the perfect retreat in Sunriver! This spacious property is designed for comfort and entertainment, making it ideal for two or three families to enjoy together.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and top-of-the-line Thermador appliances. The downstairs area boasts lovely hardwood floors and an open layout, perfect for gathering. The dining table seats 8+, ensuring there’s plenty of room for everyone to share a meal. The cozy living room, with its ample seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy a fire and watch a movie.

The main bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a King bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower—your private sanctuary after a day of adventure. Bedroom 2, also downstairs, has a Full bed and is ideal for guests who prefer easy access to the main living areas.

Upstairs, you’ll find Bedrooms 3 and 4. One features a Queen bed, and the other offers a Bunk bed with an additional Twin and Twin Trundle, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. The bonus room adds even more flexibility, with a TV and a Twin Futon, which can serve as an additional living or sleeping area.

For added entertainment, the garage comes equipped with a ping pong table, perfect for friendly competitions. Very well appointed, clean, modern, with a well equipped kitchen. Neat, orderly, pleasant, and quiet. It is very nicely set up with cute bedrooms upstairs for kids and their parents. Owner must have a great time with the grandkids in Sunriver!

Great stay

House is clean and has a newer remodel. Great kitchen and deck for cooking and relaxing. Ping pong table and hot tub are always a hit. Master bedroom and bath are spectacular. End of cul de sac quite area.

Reviewer Comments: Our Tan Oak rental turned out to be an excellent choice for getting everyone together for evening meals (we had a total of three rentals to accommodate our numbers). The deck was large enough to seat everyone and the kitchen was well equipped. We were happy to see the upgrades which were not originally observed when we reserved the property in February. The kitchen was large enough for the many cooks taking their turns at providing us with meals. The only problem we encountered with cooking was the BBQ, which was small and not in keeping with the quality of the kitchen appliances. We encountered two maintenance problems - electrical and a sticking door, which were taken care of in a timely manner. We will no doubt keep this property in mind when we reunite in the future.
