The open floor plan connects a cozy living room with leather seating, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, and dining for up to 22. Step outside to a massive deck with a hot tub, gas grill, and space for lawn games on the half-acre lot. All bedrooms have private baths and TVs; the primary suite adds a fireplace and jacuzzi tub for extra luxury.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with no through-traffic (perfect for kids), you’ll also enjoy 6 adult bikes, a 240v EV charger, and nearby river access just 400 yards away. The Village and lodge are just a mile away by bike or foot. This is the kind of home that turns into tradition—once you stay, you’ll want to come back every year.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
