Appartement très bien placé, tout à pieds, vue splendide du petit balcon. Appartement agréable, très bien agencé, rien ne manque si ce n'est une bouilloire... également très bien orienté pour l'été. Si ma santé me le permet, nous y retournerons en septembre. Très bon accueil qui nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. Merci.

Merveilleux sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Nicole. Il est extrêmement bien placé, aménagé avec goût et avec tout le nécessaire. Le balcon avec vue sur la petite plage nous a ravi. De plus la communication est très facile avec Nicole. Merci beaucoup pour ce week-end parfait.

Emplacement exceptionnel, appartement impeccable aussi fonctionnel que joliment décoré, vue fabuleuse, plage au pied de l immeuble t tout le reste à proximité propriétaire et conciergerie tres diligentes c'est une vraie pépite. Un emplacement idéal pour assurer ses vacances

L’appartement est très propre, lumineux et très bien situé. La décoration est recherchée, celle d'une habitation fréquentée par son propriétaire, loin d' un aménagement sans caractère destiné aux locataires saisonniers. C'est très agréable. Les soirs d'été, la zone du Vieux Port est très fréquentée et les routes autour de l'immeuble aussi, mais cette animation est sympa et on est immergé dans l'ambiance de Biarritz. Il faut juste ne pas se coucher trop tôt ! Tout est très positif. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances.

Location, location, location

This place is just what the view pictures show; right on a cute beach, walking to shops and groceries. It is a great location. However, the apt was missing some key items: Soap in one bathroom, shower gel, spare toilet paper, knives that could be used for actual cooking (or slicing bread), plastic wrap. Would be nice to have beach towels provided, although the beach mats were a nice touch. Nicole was very nice and welcoming; however you have to arrive at the appointed meeting time--despite when you might arrive via train or bus. So we had to hang out in town with our baggage for a couple of hours.

Great location. Beach right in front of apartment. Very big tide swing at beach, No waves low tide, small ones at high tide. There is charge for linens so keep in mind. Owner very nice. Would stay again. Can walk to other beaches if you want.

deux semaines très reposantes dans un appartement au confort maximum, dans une déco très raffinée et jouissant d'une vue exceptionnelle. Immeuble très calme au bord de l'océan (plage non fumeur). Ville agréable où on fait tout à pied...bon accueil partout. bons restaurants : Clos Basque, Il Giardino et ses tagliatelles Astice, Le Chistera etc. On y est revenu et on reviendra...

A comfortable apartment in a super location

We were two couples and the accommodation was perfect - two double bedrooms and two well-equipped shower rooms. The living area was spacious and very attractively furnished, with lovely views over the sea and the beach. The kitchen was fully fitted with good quality china, cutlery and cooking appliances. Altogether an excellent holiday rental and within easy reach of sights, shops, restaurants and bars.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

I will describe things one by one. 1. Location The apartment is situated extremely well right next to the beach of Port vieux. This beach in my opinion, is much better than the Grand Plage for families and couples, it is smaller, much less noisy and the waves are calmer than the Grand Plage. View of the sea front reception room and balcony is gorgeous. 10min walk to local market and Carrefour, 5min walk to main shopping area with Galerie Lafayette. Great location. The only downside is the music that plays from the bar on the beach from 9pm to after midnight on most days, it wont be a problem if you go to bed late, but if like me, you are in bed at 11-12pm the latest, then it is annoying and you have to close all the windows and balcony to hear it less and then the room becomes a bit stuffy. 2. apartment Very stylish, with lots of nice touches and decorations that are pleasant to the eye. Would be ideal for four people (eg two couples). New kitchen and showers, everything high standard. Very pleased. We were welcomed very well, and all our questions were answered. Thank you for taking care of us. If I were to come to Biarritz again, I would stay here again as I think it is a great location and apartment (will have to put up with the evening noise from the beach bar but i guess it is unavoidable if you want to live close to centre of city and on the beach) and I wouldnt find better, unless I become a millionaire and can afford the Hotel du Palais :)

My friend and I rented the apartment for 5 days in mid-September. The location and view were fabulous. From the lving room and small balcony we had an ocean view. The apartemnt was quiet (no street noise with closed windows at night), tastefully decorated, modern and apparently newly renovated. The city of Biarritz is small but has some beautiful beaches for surfing and shoreline for walking. There is a small art museum, a few excellent restaurants, in the downtown area, which is within a few moments walking distance of the apartment. We spent one day in Bibao at the Guggenheim Museum which is approximately an hiour and half away by car, and it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this charming apartment.

TOUT EST BIEN

Séjour de deux semaines du 17 au 31 Aout 2 couples. L’accueil a été aimable et chaleureux avec quelques petites attentions. Le descriptif publié pour ce bel appartement très confortable est conforme. Il a répondu à toutes nos attentes de qualité et d’indépendance. Situé dans un ancien hôtel, les communs sont un peu surannés mais bien sécurisés (double porte et badge à l’entrée). En première ligne aussi d’une vie nocturne le double vitrage est assez efficace. WIFI impeccable et sans problème le parking est possible pour 12 € /la semaine avec le choix de l’option résident à l’horodateur. La proximité des restaurants et bars du front de mer libère des places sous l’immeuble tous les matins. La ville, très propre, très accueillante, répond aux souhaits de vacances face à la majesté de l’océan sans quitter tout à fait la ville où l'accueil est charmant… Nous avons apprécié pour sa cuisine le CAFÉ JEAN 13, rue des Halles un peu plus loin que le bar du même nom mais à cette époque inapprochable. Plus près de l’appartement LE COMPTOIR gagne à être connu pour ses pintxos. Nous avons apprécié la baguette « sarmentine » de chez Soares à coté des Halles. coté pratique le Carrefour City livre gratuitement à partir de 80 € Bien équipés, nous avons fait de superbes ballades en vélo : Bidart, Saint Jean de Luz, Bayonne, Ustaritz par les rives de la Nive etc. (vélos garés dans la cave de l’immeuble et bien protégés)

Tres bel appartement bien situé en bord de mer.L'accès est aisé malgré la proximité du centre ville.La propriétaire s'est parfaitement adaptée à notre projet de location, des informations diverses nous attendaient, ses conseils et sa connaissance de la ville nous ont étés précieux.Etat parfait,propreté irréprochable et équipement bien calibré pour 6 (2 salles de bains très confortables) l'appartement est meublé de façon très soignée et très bien décoré.Le mobilier en verre est peut être fragile avec de jeunes enfants. Placé en hyper centre, le choix de restauration est complet et varié.Les balades en front de mer se font évidement très facilement.C'est un endroit très privilégié où nous aurions plaisir à revenir entre adultes ou avec nos 4 enfants..un peu plus grands.
