Good location, clean but not luxury

The flat is compact and well equipped. It is near the main train station, the port and close to main attractions. We found the flat to be very clean and tidy. The bed is very uncomfortable and it needs a new mattress. Neither of us slept well and it gave me back ache. The shower doesn't drain well so you can only have short bursts of water. There is not much hot water but we figured out how to increase the volume of hot water on the boiler. Not that you are supposed to touch it, due to various signage which says what you can and can't do. It doesn't feel very friendly or homely to have signs up all over the flat. A better way would be to have a guest book which contains their advice and information. All in all, if they improved on a few things, it would be a nice place to stay.
