About this property

Farmhouse in an amazing private park near both city center and sea side.

The property is surrounding by a private park of 7000 square yard, where 2 domestic sheeps and few chickens are the neighbours. You will feel as you are living in a rural area, although you are located closed to the center, the sea side and market.

You have direct access to the accommodation through a large plate glass window. Then you cross the comfortable living room with its kitchen area. A corridor drives you to the 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with separate toilet. There is a double bed in the first bedroom, while you can sleep till 3 pers in the second one (Single beds). All the farmhouse benefit of natural daylight as it is ideally exposed at South, and as it consists in a house completely surrounded by a closed area (none construction aside). In addition, each room have window on both site of the farmhouse!

Then, space is there and volumes are well balanced. It was recently entirely re painted, renewed, refurnished, and equipped in a nice way, especially the kitchen corner, that we wanted to be very practical and fully equipped (Oven, induction cooker, micro wave, washing machine) . A terrace equipped with a set (table for 4/6 persons + umbrella and BBQ) is available in summer time.

Très pratique!

La maison est spacieuse et cela est important quand il y a de mauvais temps! Le jardin est grande et frouible. La position par rapport à la ville est tactique: Vannes sud, tout est proche mais en profitant du calme et tranquillité.

Comfortable, quiet cottage in great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Vannes. Having the owners right there is a plus, although we didn't need to contact them while we were there. The property is very close to the port and shopping in Vannes while still having a very rural feel. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Brittany.

Perfect

Perfect position for Vannes, a 30min walk, beaches, for exploring the coast such as Quiberon, Carnac. Beautiful inland towns nearby eg Auray 25mins. Excellent accommodation, kitchen and bbq facilities. Loads of quiet outdoor garden space for relaxing. Would love to go again. Owners always readily contactable if required.

L'appartement est très confortable et les propriétaires, qui habitent à côté, ont été très accueillants. Parfait pour deux petits enfants (jouets à disposition, animaux dans la propriété...). Le centre de Vannes et le bord de mer sont chacun à 5-10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end!
