The apartment has air conditioning though out , the first floor has a modern living,dining area with a 60 inch tv and high speedfree wifi /broadband and a sleek kitchen, there is a sofa bed suitable for older children, one bedroom with two single beds, wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers and a bathroom with shower toilet and bidet. Upstairs is the second bathroom with bath,shower, toilet and bidet and master bedroom with super king size bed 2 large sets of drawers and wardrobes, the bedroom has patio doors which leads onto a private balcony with views of the sea and the marina , Puerto Banus, also Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day. The fabulous terrace is a relaxing haven whether day or night with sun loungers comfortable seating and outdoor dining. With views of the sea one way and the old town and mountains another. A utility room contains a sink and washing machine for use. A safe is provided, the kitchen has a Bean to cup Delonghi coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine ( capsules not provided) ,a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. A designated parking space is provided in the underground car park. The apartments have a lovely pool area with shower rooms to use. This penthouse duplex apartment with its dream positioning has everything you could wish for your perfect trip.

The apartment is well equipped and everything was clean. There were two of us with my daughter and there was enough space to spend time together and everyone could also withdraw. The terrace is very large and you have a beautiful all-round view.
The apartment is in a great location, in a few steps you are at the sea, in the old town of Marbella and also shopping facilities are just around the corner.
As it is a city apartment, you can hear the traffic passing below.
The key handover and delivery of the apartment was super easy and the explanations from Lisa were very nice and all valuable.

Our stay was fabulous! Location was excellent and close to everything. Huge terrace for sunset, lots of amenities. Great separation of bedrooms and bathrooms giving privacy. Bathrooms could use an update but otherwise fantastic! We would definitely go back!
Appartement avec très belle vue, bien équipé. Très belle terrasse mais meubles extérieurs un peu vieillissants. Pas de transat à la piscine. Accueil chaleureux.
Our family greatly enjoyed our stay. Unit is in a wonderful location close to the old town and a good grocery store, all walkable. Would stay here again.

We stayed for six nights. Communication was great before and during our stay. We also received plenty of tips on restaurants, transportation, and local culture. Lisa and Cath were prompt and a pleasure. The property was exactly as shown in photos and the written description. Everything was very clean upon our arrival and the interior is otherwise in good condition. The bedding was comfortable and the furnishings were also fairly well up to date. Plenty of cooking tools, pantry items, etc. for any need should you not want to take advantage of all of the tremendous dining options within walking distance. Being on the top floor, we did not hear any ground noise and we did not hear a peep from the same-floor neighbors. Tons of tv streaming choices! We always felt safe inside the building and immediately outside as well. We had zero regrets selecting this property. We had a great time exploring Marbella and the property will definitely be a fond remembrance! We would stay here again!
Great view just like in the pictures. The patio is amazing! Beds were comfortable, had all the essentials to be able to cook a meal, washing machine was great. Some kinks in the communication in the check-in process as far as dates and number of people in our party. But with great communication were able to clarify it all. Some better instructions on how to operate the AC would have been helpful.
A friend and I spent a week at this property and can’t say enough about incredible our stay was. We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset.
Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring.
I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella.
I highly recommend this beautiful apartment in Marbella. First of all communication from the start to the end was great. My questions were answered promptly ~ in full detail. Check in was easy. Lisa was waiting for us at the door upon our arrival and showed how everything works in the apartment. Later I had a few questions and Lisa was there to help. She was so professional and kind. The apartment itself is as described. The view from the terrace is terrific. Everything is close by ~ beach, the promenade, Old Town, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores. When we left after a month stay we felt we left a home behind. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect to access Marbella itself and the Old town just a short walk away . The views from the terrace were excellent and not overlooked were there is loads of seating area to have a chill a drink or two and take in the views . Another major plus , was you have your own secure parking space in the underground carpark with a lift straight up to your apartment.! Overall we really enjoyed our break and would definately return .
The property was as pictured. The location to the sea and Old Town was fantastic! I only have one suggestion and that is I prefer to not have owner’s personal belongings in the vanities and cupboards

We had a wonderful week in the apartement. It has a perfekt location close to the beach, but also just a short walk to Marbella old town. The apartement was clean and tidy, and all Communication with both owner and management was very easey.
Great location and superb accommodation with an extensive terrace with flexible, shady areas.
Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge.
Close proximity to some great beach clubs (Amare and Soleo) and the bars and restaurants along the prom and in the old town.
Torre Marina building is well kept and all residents are friendly as is the concierge.
We weren’t disappointed on our 3rd stay - to be recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ideal location, 5 mins walk to Old Town, beach 2 mins away, plenty restaurants in Old Town or right along the promenade.
Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need at hand.
The meet and greet is all set up so they meet you on arrival and show you around and explain anything you need to know.
With this being our second time here from experience think twice about usung the supermarket opposite (which we did every day last year). We got a taxi to Lidl, even with taxi fare was well worth going there and stocking up on all essentials).
Id recommend a day in Malaga, a beautiful city, Puerto Banus market, go on the ferry, we didnt like the evenings there, too busy but showing our age!
All in all this is a great place to stay, we cannot find any negatives at all.

The highlight is the view from the large rooftop terrace. Location is also excellent. The accommodations are very comfortable. No shortage of English tv channels. A most enjoyable stay.
My family and I stayed 10 days in this perfect apartment. The terrasse is amazing. This penthouse on the 11th floor of a building has a great view of the mountains, city, water and sunset! I could telework on this terrasse for ever! When you go out of the building you are on the boardwalk/beach and 3 corners from the old town with its great restaurants and shops! The apartment is well equiped, quiet, clean and the communication with Catherine was A1. I highly recommend this place.
Fabulous property. Cath, the owner, and Peter who welcomed us on the day were great. Communication was always quick. We didn’t need Peter for anything during our stay (apart from a mishap with a microwave plate) as the apartment was perfect.
Can’t state enough how well located this apartment was for the shops, bars, beaches and restaurants, especially the Old Town. An absolute must to wander through the streets of the Old Town, stopping for a tapas and wine.

We had one drawback for this property that you might want to know about...
we specifically picked this property because we knew it had air conditioning. The only problem that the A/C only worked on a sensor...in other words it would shut off if there was no movement in the house. So anytime we wanted to nap or take a rest the A/C would shut off and we would start to bake...honestly was very frustrating and I hate to say it but I would not rent from again if it was still set up that way. If you wanted A/C you had to walk to the staircase and wave your hands so the sensor would click on the A/C...
Place is simply amazing. Started with wonderful greeting from Property Manager Peter, underground secure parking, well appointed unit with a simply magical terrace to take in the breathtaking views of the Andalusian Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The access to the beachside boardwalk and beaches was fantastic, easy access for a little early morning exercise to an evening stroll with gelato after dinner in the old town (which is also a short walk away). The sunsets were just the icing on the cake. We can not thank you enough!
My wife and I spent a week at this lovely apartment. Fantastic rap around balcony/ verandah with stunning location/ views.
Whilst the apartment ( especially location) is hard to beat, I would have to say even better than the apartment is the people you deal with.
Cath ( owner) is so accommodating and sincere, and Peter (local agent) is an absolute gent.
One downside, We didn't stay longer.
Next time we will stay more than 4 nights, yes next time because we will be back to stay at this outstanding accommodation.
From booking through to our meet and greet with Peter, everything was explained and made easy for us.
The building is in the most perfect location for Marbella Old Town and the beach is just 2 mins walk away.
The penthouse being on the top floor enjoys a fantastic view and is very substantial in size. First time I can honestly say the photos online match the accommodation exactly! Kitchen well equipped (although we had no intention of cooking) Cath has given plenty thought to everyday essentials which are there to use.
It is a beautiful spacious place to stay, we could not have found anything better. Lots of restaurants nearby in the old town, Puerto Banus is a short taxi ride or take the catamaran from the port! The supermarket is right opposite so extremely handy.
Felt very safe staying in the penthouse, it's in a nice quiet location yet right close to everything. A perfect stay! We will be back.

My partner and I have 5 children between us and a dog called Daisey we grew up and still live in Manchester. We love going on holiday whether it's in the UK or away and Marbella is a firm favourite with all the family, we keep coming back year after year.
Why they chose this property
This property is in the perfect location, overlooking the beach and promenade where people cycle, run, roller skate, or stroll with families stopping off for ice cream. The chiringuitos are wonderful for afternoon paella whilst the children play on the beach. The old town is our favourite, people dress up and meet with friends, and we can still get lost in the maze of side streets filled with people sat on barrels eating tapas surrounded by the cascading bougainvillea. Bliss.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this apartment as soon as we walked in because of its lovely layout over two floors, the wonderful terrace with fantastic views allow to to sit with a glass of wine and while the day away well into the evening. The pool area is quiet and pretty and the beach is literally outside the front door. It's positioning is second to none.
