Second home. Studio in a waterfront building. Access to the beach on foot by crossing the embankment.
On the 2nd floor with elevator, 37 m2, a large room with a real folding double bed (1.50m wide) giving way to the sofa, an isolated cabin with 2 bunk beds, a well-equipped kitchen area and a bathroom , an entrance with cupboard. Close to shops, 7 minutes on foot. No Parking but easy parking. A balcony terrace with sea view, to take a nap in a deckchair, have an aperitif or have lunch. The building is quiet.

Wonderful apartment in a great location
The apartment is wonderful! The location is perfect as it’s close to two major shopping streets and across from the beach. I didn’t need a car. The apartment has everything one needs and is very clean and modern. The owners are very responsive to any questions and inquiries. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and in a nice clean apartment.

Le studio est très propre, bien équipé et les explications données sont très précises. Il est idéalement situé proche de la plage (vue latérale sur mer) et des commerces (pas besoin d'utiliser son véhicule). La personne qui s'est occupée de l'accueil et du départ était très disponible et agréable. Il s'agissait de notre deuxième séjour dans le studio.

Une semaine sur La Baule dans un hébergement 5 étoiles, excellent accueil et prestations exceptionnelles à 20 mètres de la plage. Beaucoup de choses à visiter et à voir selon ses envies. Hébergement avec vue sur la mer , nombreux équipements et a accessoires mise à disposition par l hébergeur (qualité 5 étoiles). Nombreux restaurants et activités à proximité. A refaire sans hésitation.

La procédure d'accueil et de remise des clés est très précise et bien organisée. Les explications sur le fonctionnement de l'immeuble, du studio et de son équipement sont communiquées à l'avance et sont d'une précision "chirurgicale" :-). Les propriétaires communiquent des informations claires, bref, on ne se pose aucune question. Le studio est très bien équipé, bien décoré, pratique et très propre. Il possède une belle terrasse utilisable avec vue sur l'Océan. L'immeuble est bien situé à 50 mètres du remblais avec belle vue dégagée latérale sur la plage de La Baule. Malgré la canicule (>41° pendant 1 ou 2 jours), le studio resté frais. Bref, je le conseille!

Appartement impeccable et bien situé. Stationnement plutôt facile et proche de l'immeuble. Contacts avec les propriétaires et la personne qui s'occupe de notre arrivée et de notre départ agréables. Appartement juste à côté de la plage. Commerces à proximité également.

Nous sommes très satisfaits
L'appartement est plus grand que sur les photos, il est idéalement placé en bord de mer et à côté d'une rue commerçante. La terrasse donne sur l'océan, visible aussi du lit parental. Beaucoup de détails qui font la qualité ( pot pour notre fille de deux ans, lit ''cabane'', petits jouets, livres, grille pain, lave vaisselle, machine à laver etc..). Nous recommandons.

L'appartement est totalement conforme à l'annonce. Très bien placé, moderne, confortable, bien équipé. et très propre. La literie est d'excellente qualité et le mécanisme (lit armoire) très facile à utiliser. La personne qui est chargée de l'entrée et de la sortie (Armelle) est très efficace, de bon conseil et chaleureuse. C'est un vrai plus !
