89 High Street is a 17th century, stone-built, terraced cottage on the outskirts of the town of Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a second floor twin, a double and a single. The rest of the cottage includes a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area for three guests and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a front lanwed garden and a rear patio with a BBQ. 89 High Street is a delightful cottage, an ideal choice to enjoy a holiday in this area at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Front lawned garden and rear patio with BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Second floor bedroom has low sloping ceiling and beams. Note: Two stone steps from back door and five stone steps on patio with high drop with fenced upper level, children to be supervised at all times.
