This detached Cumberland and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Lookout is terraced cottage on the outskirts of Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size double which can be a twin on request, and a double room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, walk-in pantry and a sitting room which both have multi-fuel stoves. Outside there is roadside parking and a front patio with furniture and a barbecue as well as bike storage. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and the cottage is pet-friendly. The Lookout is an ideal cottage for that long awaited coastal break.
Amenities: Gas central heating with multi-fuel stoves. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, 1 x TV with Freeview, radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car on a first come first served basis. Front patio with furniture and BBQ on request. Bike storage. Sorry, no smoking or Pets. Shop and pub 5 mins walk (0.5 miles). Beach 10 mins walk. Note: No children under 10 for insurance purposes. Note: Access to the property is via a shared access pathway. There are a series of gradual low steps (11 in all) going past the front of the neighbour's house with a continuous hand rail to the gate of The Lookout. Please note: this property has a good house keeping bond of £100.
