Prix de la location pas à la hauteur des prestations attendues

Très belle résidence et emplacement parfait MAIS… À notre arrivée 2 gros soucis: -Lave vaisselle HS -Climatisations des 3 chambres qui ne peuvent pas tourner en même temps sinon le disjoncteur du tableau électrique saute! Donc seulement 2 clim marchent en même temps Intervention pour résolution: Seulement au bout de 12 jours pour les 2 problèmes! Lave vaisselle :Changement du LV au 11ème jour! Climatisation : À notre arrivée, on nous prévient bien du souci, mais en nous disant que c est un problème général dans le lotissement dû soit disant à la surpopulation des vacanciers dans le lotissement…Et sachant que le souci est connu depuis mi juillet! Pour info j ai une formation d électricien... Quand on branche 3 clim sur un même disjoncteur 10A et que les 3 clim consomment plus de 10A (surtout en cette période de forte chaleur) obligatoirement ça saute Intervention d un électricien le 12eme jour Nous avons passé 12 jours à devoir gérer la nuit à faire tourner les clim des 3 chambres En résumé, les prestations attendues n y étaient pas , d autant plus que le souci de clim aurait pu être réglé bien avant (inadmissible): Prix pas à la hauteur des prestations! Enfin , si vous souhaitez une facture globale de votre séjour (pour par ex le déclarer à votre CE), il faudra etre plus que patient (Abritel et le propriétaire se revoient la demande, je suis toujours en attente) malgré tout la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien local est très sympa et conciliante.

Fantastic Villa, Lovely Relaxing Holiday

We had a fantastic time at this villa, all was as described in the overview if not better in real life. Pool area is amazing, loads of space with plenty of sun loungers and a fantastic pool. Kitchen well stocked and perfect if you fancy a few glasses of wine and cooking at home which we did on a few nights having been so relaxed throughout the day. A car would be required as the villa is situated in Gran Sol which is a residential area overlooking Calpe. Would gladly stay again and highly recommend :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle villa. La situation géographique, le calme les équipements de la maison, et la piscine avec vue mer ...sont des atouts pour profiter de cette belle région.

Vacances au top !!!

Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa tout confort et très bien équipée. L'extérieur ainsi que la piscine rénovée récemment est magnifique. Quartier calme à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville, du bord de mer ainsi que de toutes les commodités. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et merci à Joël pour son accueil. Vraiment aucuns points négatifs. Un lieu idéal pour passer de merveilleuses vacances. Merci Pascale, en espérant avoir l'occasion de relouer votre jolie maison.

Everything we wanted and more.

The villa was amazing especially the pool. Very modern with everything you could need. The kitchen has plenty of cutlery and crockery for every us We did not want to leave and will definatly return soon.

Skønt hus med alt hvad hjertet begærer!

Vi er en dansk familie på fem personer, og vi tilbragte 12 dage i huset i Calpe og vi elskede hvert minut. Huset er smukt og smagfuldt indrettet, sengene er gode, og der er alt hvad man har brug for til en dejlig ferie. Køkkenet har alt hvad man skal bruge til madlavning, og der er amerikansk køleskab med fryser og renset vand og is; det er dejligt og nemt, når det er varmt, som det var under vores ophold - og og der er også en fin gasgrill, som er nem at betjene. Terrassen lige ved poolen er super og der er en markise, der beskytter mod solen. Desuden ligger huset helt perfekt med udsigt over lunde med træer og i det fjerne kan man se byens høje huse, og havet, og den berømte klippe Ifach. Det er nemt at komme i kontakt med husets ejer, og vi var endda så heldige, at der var sørget for lidt mad i køleskabet, da vi ankom. Poolen er helt exeptionel. Den har en god størrelse og vandet er skønt. Vi vil til enhver tid anbefale huset. Det fås ikke meget bedre. 1000 tak for et fantastisk ophold!
