About this property

Fantastic central position, spacious 2 bed apartment , 2 Min walk to the beach.

Absolutely fantastic position in the heart of Calpe, with a very short walk to a beautiful sandy beach, and the many shops, restaurants, and bars offering a wide range to suit all tastes. The lovely old town is just a short walk up the high street, which has kept its old Spanish charm and offers a variety of traditional restaurants. No need for a car everything is within walking distance. You will not find a more central location than this.

The property has a spacious hallway, two good-sized bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a door leading onto a balcony. There are two hairdryers one in each bedroom. Also a safe in Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which also doubles as heating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. Separate lounge and dining area, with WIFI, & digitalTV. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and two heated towel rails. There is also a back balcony with a washing machine and clothesline. Spacious front balcony with table and chairs, which gets the morning sun, nice for breakfast. You get a great view of the high street and the Penon and the hills towards Moraira. Situated on the 8th floor so nice and cool in the summer months, as you get a nice breeze blowing through the whole apartment. There are fans available, and also a heater.

Great location and comfortable apartment
This was our first time staying in this apartment and we had a great time. It is literally right in the action in Calpe, minutes away from the beach and dozens of restaurants. We were there during the summer fiestas and so got great views of the parades from the balcony. Good sized bedrooms with air-con. Recommended!

Great apartment close to beach and shopping
Me and my girlfriend stayed for 10 nights in this great apartment. It is situated on a quite busy street but since your on the eighth floor it’s not disturbing. The view is great too and it’s very close to a perfect beach and also to a really good outdoor gym (on the same beach). Food stores and shoe shopping is excellent in the area. Also, Amanda is a great host. We definitely recommend the apartment and will try to come back soon.

Very nice apartment in excellent location. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Barely 5 minutes walk from beach and 10 minutes from the pretty old town. Very spacious and good facilities.

Las condiciones del contrato al adquirir el apartamento no eran las acordadas. Iba con con dos adultos mayores y el ascensor estaba estropeado. 8 pisos andando para unas personas mayores, no es viable. La limpieza no acordé con lo descrito. Deja mucho que desear. Mal olor y falta de limpieza visible. No puede quedarme en el apartamento hemos contrato este piso por las vistas y los comentarios y sin ningún previó avisó de que el ascensor está roto. a nuestra llegada nos encontramos que mis padres no podían subir andando y he tenido que buscar un hotel con los Gastón que esto conlleva. al intentar una negociación con el propietario. No obtuve solución. No me han querido devolver el dinero ni ningún tipo de solución. No lo recomiendo.

A pesar de los percances... estuvimos tres días sin ascensor y es un octavo.... El apartamento en general esta bien pero habria q solventar alguna cosilla básica para que la estancia fuese mas comoda!! Eso si la ubicación es mas que perfecta!!

It's my parents apartment, but I am helping them with the admin of it.

I was born and bred in Hertfordshire. I am married and have two children. I work for the NHS as Phlebotomist at my local hospital.

I love being a host and sharing my love of Calpe with others, so they can share the joy the coast has to offer.

Why they chose this property

My Grandfather purchased this property back in the 60's when Calp was just a small fishing village. I spent all of my childhood summers in Calp and loved every second of them. I now have my own family and we have enjoyed family holidays there often. Calp is such a great place for families or couples alike, there is something for everybody, you can do as little or as much as you like. The climate is great all year round.
We have been out there in October and been on the beach and in shorts.

What makes this property unique

This property is situated in the heart of Calp, very close to all the restaurants, bars and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment has two balconies which is nice. Its nice being on the top floor as you don't have people banging overhead and the views are nice.
