Very nice apartment located in Le Cannet, the limit of Cannes with 14m2 terrace (about 1km from the Croisette 7 minutes by bus) in a beautiful residence, parking, good benefits. The apartment is fully renovated. Air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, separate toilet, walk-in shower. In the bedroom, a large bed of 140 and in the living room, a sofa bed (sleeps 2).
