The apartment close to the beach and the centre of Miami Platja, is on the second floor, it has an area of 65 m², very cozy and bright, with a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with awning and sea views.
It has a barbecue, internet access (wifi), satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), community pool, outdoor parking in front of the accommodation, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Wir sind ja eigentlich schon Stammgäste und es gefällt uns jedes Jahr aufs Neue wieder ganz toll. Wenn man einen reinen Strand- bzw. Erholungsurlaub machen will und auch nur ca. 7-10 Tage zur Verfügung hat, dann hat man hier alles was man braucht.

Immer wieder TOP-Urlaub während es in Deutschland regnet
Es ist immer wieder schön, so Mitte Ende Oktober noch einmal Sonne zu tanken und sich erholen zu können, während es in Deutschland schon regnet und kalt ist. Ganz legerer Urlaub, einfach nur zum Entspannen zu einem TOP Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder gerne.

Nothing to criticise about the accommodation or the service. I don’t use a car on holiday, but the bus service from right outside the park is inexpensive and efficient, albeit somewhat infrequent. The on site restaurant is particularly good. Perhaps open the restaurant in the evening?

La ubicación es inmejorable si se quiere estar tranquilo y con la playa a un paso. Parking privado. Se debería coger matricula del coche del inquilino y asignarle una plaza de parking, de esta forma si en un apartamento hay varias familias con varios coches no ocupan dos plazas.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An den Fenstern waren Fliegengitter angebracht, so dass man auch nachts die Fenster auflassen konnte. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder. Küche: Gurkenreibe fehlt Wasserkocher hat außen leichte Rostflecken

Die Lage ist einzigartig mit herrlichem Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist stark abgewohnt. Bei Ankunft folgende Mängel: Schrank Schlafzimmer Rückwand komplett herausgebrochen = öffnet man die Türen muss man Angst haben, dass der ganze Schrank zusammenbricht. Stühle im Wohnzimmer gehen aus dem Leim - erst schauen, dann setzen, könnte gefährlich werden. Toilettenbürste u. Korkenzieher defekt - wurden von uns neu gekauft.

Sehr schöne Anlage
Kleinere Reklamationen wurden sehr schnell beseitigt. Schöne ruhige Anlage mit toller Lage. Reception sehr freundlich. Ein- und ausschecken unkompliziert Die Ausstattung innen muss vervollständigt werden ( nur 5 Tassen, 6 Messer und 1 Weinglas) ist zu wenig. Zudem ist auch ein weißes Badetuch und ein Handtuch für den MIetpreis nicht angemessen.

Très bien !
Bel appartement, très bien équipé ( four, plaque de cuisson, micro onde, cafetière, machine à laver, télévision, lave vaisselle,...) le personnel est très sympa, souriant, toujours prêt à aider. Très belle vue sur la mer. Le seul petit bémol c'est le train qui passe juste derrière.. Sinon très bon séjour

ein schöner Urlaub
wir kommen immer wieder gerne, da wir von Fr. Diaz und ihrer Familie sehr gut betreut werden. Die Freunde auf den nächsten Urlaub ist jetzt schon groß. CCA6 war für uns eine sehr schöne Unterkunft.
