We welcome you to stay in our lovely one bedroom, one bathroom condo, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches located in Kapalua. Set along the picturesque waters of Namalu Bay, Montage Kapalua Bay welcomes you with genuine island hospitality and authentic culture. Relax and enjoy West Maui, in Quam Properties 25G4. In the living room, you will find comfortable seating, including the Queen sleeper sofa, an LCD flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors and incredible scenic views, with two sets of large floor to ceiling lanai doors accessing your ground floor patio! Take advantage of the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, free unlimited calling to US and Canada, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite slab countertops, custom cabinetry with optimal storage, stainless steel appliances, peekaboo seascape views, and easy access to your patio, the perfect place to enjoy home cooked meals!

The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, with accent sun windows for natural light. Get ready at your separate vanities, with personal sinks, oversized mirrors, granite countertops, and plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.

The master suite offers a King bed, and is lined with oversized windows and a floor to ceiling, sliding glass door, leading to your small, secluded lanai!

There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like beach and bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more!

Bedding is 1 King and Queen sleeper sofa. 1006 sq ft.

4 Night minimum stay. Christmas and New Year's have a 14 night minimum unless approved. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.

More pool front than ocea front

Everything went well. Condo is spacious and comfortable, tho some furniture is a little worn. View is a swimming pool and past that the ocean. A little disappointing. Condo was spotlessly clean.

Slightly Dissappointed

The air conditioning did not work in bedroom. Hottest room in the house and has to run floor and ceiling fans all night. The blinds are see through at night when lights are on inside. People can see right into the bedroom and ensuite when we were getting ready to sleep. Upon arrival, no dish soap, no corkscrew and 2 cockroaches running around. For the cost, Quam Properties Management should do better.

Amazing trip! Amazing stay! We had the best time! My husband & I were back in Maui to celebrate our 11th anniversary. We were married in Kapalua & have not been back until now! Our condo was the perfect place to stay! Very clean & well stocked with most supplies that you might need. The property was very quiet & the most amazing views! Truly paradise!

Gorgeous Getaway

The property was amazing and we didn’t want to go anywhere else. The area is secluded and quiet. The Oneloa Bay was just steps away. You have options to go to other nearby beaches which are also walkable via the trail along the coast. The view from the villa was the best! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as advertised. One b beach is more for boogie boarding and sitting out while the other is a bit more out of the wind and great for snorkeling. Gate controlled entry and very clean and quiet area. We had one minor issue they resolved on a Sunday for us, couldn't ask for better!

Fabulous stay in up-country!

We loved our stay in Marianne’s up-country home! Such a different and fabulous Maui experience from the typical resort or condo stay on the beach. The house was fabulous - super clean, well stocked and spacious. Then there’s the view from the patio - worth staying at the house for by itself! We highly recommend staying here for at least part of any vacation to Maui. We are so glad we did. Our two children loved it as well. The views, wide open spaces, access to other areas of Maui that are off the beaten path. We have already recommended the house to friends who are planning a trip later this year. Thanks, Marianne!

Loved every second of this stay

Every aspect of this location was excellent. The location, the views, the spacious condo, the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were beautiful. Every morning, my wife and I would make breakfast and eat on the patio, then we would go for a walk along the edge to super close beaches near by. Parking was easy and the overall community felt like paradise within paradise. Loved it!
