In a sea shore family village (Langrune-sur-Mer) famous for its tranquillity and the quality of its iodized air very healthy for children. Ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the sea, swimming, fishing and sailing. Perfect for exploring the legendary beaches of June 1944, the magnificent feudal castle of William the Conqueror at Caen, the Women abbey and the Men abbey and the tapestry of the queen Mathilde in Bayeux. This house allows parents to relax in a park where children can play safely.

Lovely place
A lovely characterful villa set in a beautiful and very large garden, very safe for children. Close to the beach and local shops a short drive from supermarket. A pretty, quiet very French seaside town, great holiday.

Wonderful Home!
This home was wonderful and fully equipped with all the essentials of a house. It's location was ideal so you were close to all the historic sightseeing in the area plus the beach was a bonus! The property of this home was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed siting on the porch in front of the house and enjoying the beauty of the gardens and the wonderful summer weather. One day we will be back!

Beautiful house by the sea in Normandie
We stayed a week in this wonderful house and really enjoyed it. We had all our meals on the patio. The garden is beautiful - very big and fully enclosed so even smaller children can play freely. The location is perfect with walking distance to the bakery, some restaurants and the beach. Very calm surroundings. It is also a perfect base for exploring Normandie with Caen, Bayeux and the landing beaches very close. Our highest recommendations to this house.

What a beautiful old fashioned traditional French house this property is. Excellent large beautiful garden with apple and pear trees and even a table tennis table for your use as well as pushbikes and more. The house although has 5 bedrooms there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers although one is accessed and shared between 2 rooms. There is everything you need in the kitchen and dining cupboards and also access to a large fridge freezer in the outside boiler room. Situated in a beautiful area with a local shop and bakery and walking distance to the beach. Lots of places to visit and some beautiful beaches along the coast. Overall we had a fantastic week at Langrune-sur-mer. Aurevoir until next time.

Living the good life in Normandy
Life as you would like to live it all the time. This was a perfect vacation rental for our two families (cousins). The house is large and perfectly arranged so that we never felt like we were crowded. After a busy day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to come back to the tranquility of the yard and house. All 9 of us could eat comfortably at the dining room table (after first having our aperitif on the deck outside, of course). Every morning, we would send kids to the boulangerie to pick out the bread and pastries for breakfast. The beach was an easy walk from the house, and we spent a few days just enjoying the beach and the beautiful yard (the roses were gorgeous when we arrived). The town has a few good restaurants, and everyone was quite friendly. All the kids (and adults) are trying to figure out when we can come back for another amazing week! Communicating with the owners was easy, and the woman who takes care of the house (lets you in and does the final cleaning) is fantastic (friendly, helpful). We had an amazing relaxing week, and I highly recommend this house. Everything is well maintained and everything that you could need for a nice vacation is there (long clothes line for all the beach towels, washing machine, dish washer, plates/dishes/pots pans/ a better selection than I have at my own house).

Splendide propriété, grande et calme.
Très belle propriété avec un grand jardin clos de murs. Idéal avec des enfants. Grande maison avec beaucoup d'équipement. Très bonne literie. Proche de la mer et très calme (aucun bruit). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Une propriété superbe dans un environnement idéal
La maison et son jardin sont parfaitement conformes aux photos. C’est une maison idéale pour des retrouvailles familiales ou amicales, parfaitement équipée (vaisselle, jeux de société et d’extérieur, très bonne literie, barbecue, électroménager au top...). La maison est idéalement placée, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, avec sur le chemin une bonne boulangerie, une petite épicerie parfaite pour le dépannage. Le grand jardin fermé permet aux enfants de profiter de l’extérieur sans aucun risque. Les plantations sont superbes et variées. Nous avons tous été très enthousiasmés par notre séjour, et espérons bien revenir bientôt.

La maison de vacances idéale
La maison comme le jardin sont impeccables et bien entretenus. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour un confort optimal, même des livres que nos enfants ont pu lire et regarder inlassablement. L'immense jardin a également ravi les petits comme les grands. Et la propriété est idéalement située dans Langrune.

Très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable. La proximité des commerces (boucherie, épicerie, pain) est un vrai plus. La plage est à pied. Le salon est vraiment agréable. La maison est très bien chauffée. L'accueil et le suivi pendant le séjour sont parfaits. Une seule nuance: la cuisine est petite mais bien équipée. "Excellent value for money".

Perfect stay near the historic sites

Family holiday in lagrune sur mer
Very pleased with the house and its location. The 4 children aged 11 to 13 loved the large garden and the activities they could enjoy without even leaving the property. We all enjoyed the beach and the D-Day landing sites as well as other historical sites such as Bayeux and Falaise.

Nous avons passé le week-end de Pâques en famille ;nous étions 10,sans être à l’etroit.Tout le monde a trouvé la maison très sympa et la région très agréable et intéressante .Nous essayerons de revenir. Merci à madame Ferton qui nous a gentiment accueillis et s’est accommodée de nos horaires.

Petits enfants heureux de l'espace du jardin, de la plaine de jeu et aussi de la proximité de la plage. Et pour les parents, une maison agréable de plein pied, bien agencée, bien équipée et en parfait état et propre. Parking spacieux dans la propriété. Ravis de cette expérience normande.

Une maison formidable pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons passé noël dans cette maison chaleureuse. La pièce de vie, salon et coin repas sont tres agréable avec sa cheminée. La cuisine est tres bien équipée, nous avons pu faire de bons petits plats. Elle est idéalement situé, près des commerces et de la plage. La personne de confiance qui nous accueille est très gentille et surtout disponible. A refaire, sans hésitation.
