Lovely well equipped and clean apartment
The host was always prompt in replying to my queries prior to arriving and Sonia (that manages their property) was very lovely and always available. We didn’t have any problems, well equipped, cleaned, quiet location. Beautiful Falésia beach and Splash water park was only 20min away and we had a wonderful time on both. It was lovely having breakfast in the balcony with a sea and pool view.

Proprietário foge aos impostos
Tudo começou mal quando solicitei fatura com contribuinte ao proprietário deste imóvel. Referiu que nunca passou nenhuma fatura, nos vários anos que aluga a casa, e que também não nos ia passar a nós, “se não gosta das condições, pode sempre cancelar a reserva”, foi a resposta. Acrescento que passar fatura é obrigatório por lei e o que este proprietário está a fazer é alugar a casa sem reportar à autoridade tributária. Todos pagamos impostos, excepto este senhor. Aproveito para referir, que existe uma taxa de check-in, não referida no anúncio, se este for feito depois das 18h. O senhor proprietário, avisou-nos da existência desta taxa, às 16h. Quem procurar casa em Vilamoura, que fique numa de um proprietário que pague impostos e não seja mal educado.

só a limpeza desiludiu.
A casa está muito bem situada é ampla e bem equipada/mobilada. Lamentavelmente a limpeza da casa não estava bem efectuada, tivemos que desinfectar todas as maçanetas das portas e áreas à volta destas pois encontravam-se com manchas de dedadas. Num dos sofás-camas os lençois estavam visivelmente usados (cabelos e inclusivé). A limpeza que foi efectuada a meio da estadia foi igualmente insuficiente. Como de resto a casa agradou bastante, se o problema da limpeza tiver resolução, é uma propriedade que recomendo. Graça CabeçaRamos

Superbe appartement
Un tres bel appartement , tout confort et décoré avec gout .Spacieux avec une grande terrasse et un acces privé à la piscine , nous avons passé une tres belle semaine . Calme et exentré du coeur de la ville necessite une voiture . José , le proprietaire est toujours disponible depuis la France pour repondre si besoin à nos interrogations voire à nous apporter des conseils . Un coup de coeur également pour un restaurant " la cabane " tenu par un couple de Franco Portugais situé à Quartiera dans la vieille ville a 15 minutes . Bref, vous pouvez vous rendre dans cette location en toute confiance et donc profiter du charme de cette si belle région .
