This single-storey cottage in Cwrtnewydd near Llanybydder sleeps three people in two bedrooms.

Y Cwtch is a single-storey cottage on a smallholding in the countryside near Llanybydder. The cottage has a double room and a second room with a small double, as well as a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking, a cottage garden and shared use of the owner's garden too. This is a perfect base for a small family or couple to explore the diverse landscapes and perhaps enjoy watching the comic antics of the owners resident pygmy goat herd. Y Cwtch is in an area teeming with walks, as well as being well placed for enjoying the Cardigan coastline.

Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture and BBQ, shared use of owner’s front gardens. Sorry, no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 5.5 miles. Note: Although set over the ground floor, this property has 2 small steps from the living area to one bedroom, and a further step from the utility to the bathroom and main bedroom.

The countryside is perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike. The superb coastline of both is within 20 miles for great seaside days and coastal walks on the world-renowned coastal path.
