Near the swimming pool guests can use a large covered barbecue area (about 30 sq.mt.) with semi-professional equipment (electric pizza oven, refrigerator, sink, wood-fired barbecue).
The villa is ideal for groups of friends or large families who want to spend their holidays alternating cultural outings to historic towns like Perugia and Assisi with sports such as golf or boat trips on Lake Trasimeno. The most famous towns in southern Tuscany such as Arezzo, Chiusi, Montepulciano and others are within easy reach. The building dates back to the early 20th century keeping all the allure of that era. It develops on three floors joined by a remarkable wooden stairway to the north, and with backstairs and a lift to the south.
