Large ground floor room with lounge, dining room and kitchen donnants on a covered terrace with summer dining room and outdoor seating. Rear kitchen-laundry. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a shower and a toilet. Balcony with beautiful view of the pine trees, the sea and the islands of gold in the distance. Semi-detached house without opposite. Private parking. A 15-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Gigaro at door area of Cape Lardier Conservatoire du Littoral and hiking trails. The quiet 20 minutes drive from Saint Tropez and 15 minutes from the beaches of Pampelonne
