Characteristic and small group of farmhouses set inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. Panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.). The structures has been restored and furnished in accordance with its typical Tuscan features. FONTANI (independent house) and BOSCHI (one of two portions of house) share the outdoor areas and a fenced swimming pool (6x12)(01/05-13/10). Baby bed available to be requested when booking. Possibility to rent pool towels upon payment. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. Shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) 300 meters from the house. Parking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est très bien situé pour sillonner la région, proche de Sienne et des axes principaux. Son emplacement est très agréable, au coeur des vignes du Chianti et de ses merveilleux paysages. La piscine est grande, très agréable pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Le logement a beaucoup de charme, c'est une maison authentique et de plus parfaitement propre. L'équipe a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter!
