Casa Elea represents the ideal solution for a quiet holiday amongst the warm colours of the Umbrian countryside, a few kilometres away from Tuscany, surrounded by fields of wheat, corn, sunflowers and vineyards. There are numerous excursions to go on to, from the natural oasis of Lake Trasimeno to the towns of Chiusi and Montepulciano. The villa is surrounded by a large and exclusive garden from where to enjoy a wonderful view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills all around. The fenced garden, full of plants and flowers which are typical of the Mediterranean bush, has a raised swimming pool with a saline system (12x6, 0,90-1,5m deep)(15/05-15/09), outdoor shower and a beautiful and panoramic terrace furnished for outdoor meals. The annexe has a kitchen furnished with a fireplace, stone barbeque and an outdoor wood-fired oven. You can have a baby bed upon request and to be paid for on location. Car park on the property.
