Beautiful farmhouse that has been recently restored and turned into a pleasant country house. It is in a position that allows you to easily visit the entire region of Umbria. Not far from the town of Deruta, famous for its ceramics, and the ancient village of Montecastello full of historical attractions beginning with the 19th-century theater, considered the smallest in the world. Il Nocino is part of a larger property which also includes Il Moraiolo and Il Roseto, each with its own swimming pool, for a total of 22 beds, ideal for a large group of friends who want to spend the holidays together but each with their space and privacy. Outdoors Casale Nocino is characterized by a manicured garden equipped with a porch for outdoor dining, a swimming pool with hydromassage area (measuring 3x11m)(18/05-30-09). On request and upon payment, guests can enjoy a wellness area (closed in July and August), to be shared with the other two villas but at exclusive use on rotation (2-3 people at the time, only adults over 18), located 100m from the house, and featuring a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath and relax/massages area. Included in the price a midweek cleaning (Wednesday). On request and to be paid for on location: maid service, a cook, babysitting and cooking classes. The accommodation has central heating, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Parking on the property.
