Characteristic and small group of farmhouses made up of 2 units set inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. Peaceful and panoramic position amidst the vineyards and gently rolling hills of Chianti Classico (350 m a.s.l.). The structures has been restored and furnished in accordance with its typical Tuscan features. The properties GUIDI and VISENTINI are located in one farmhouse, while CARRARETTO is located in the other one. Shared: oudoor areas and a fenced swimming pool (6x12)(01/05-13/10). The clients can make use of a laundry room (washing machine, dryer) which is situated near to property BETTINI and shared with the guests of the other units in the property. Baby bed available to be requested when booking. Possibility to rent pool towels upon payment. It is possible to purchase the estate produce. Possibility of guided tasting tours of the medieval cellar with wine and olive oil produced on the estate. Parking. Access along an uphill dirt track road.

Entspannen in der Toskana

Alles wie beschrieben. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel verlief einfach und kontaktlos. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Vermieterin half bei allen Fragen und es gab sogar ein sehr leckeren Willkommens-Wein. Eine Anreise ohne Auto ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung lässt sich bei schönen Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren wunderbar erkunden und auch die kleinen Städte sind ein Besuch wert.

Très bel endroit

Le domaine viticole de Lilliano est très bien situé (30 minutes de Sienne et 1h de Florence), très calme et très très beau. Pour un séjour de visite en Toscane c'est l'endroit idéal! Au beau milieu de la campagne vallonée de Toscane, le paysage est superbe et le hameau de Lilliano est très beau : vieilles pierres, vignes, oliviers et cyprès. L'accueil est très sympathique. Nous recommandons très vivement pour un séjour à la campagne en Toscane.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Für zwei Personen optimal, geräumig und sauber, die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet, sodass man munter drauf los kochen kann. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, wer braucht schon eine Spülmaschine, wenn man nur zu zweit ist^^. Daher für die Küche die volle Punktzahl. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch geräumig und sauber, bei dem Bett mit Matratze gibt es einen kleinen Abzug, aber wir konnten beide gut schlafen, daher alles voll im grünen Bereich. Geräumiges sauberes Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken. Ein kleiner Extra-Vorraum vor dem Bad, welcher als sehr geräumiger Wäscheschrank mit sehr langer Kleiderstange benutzt werden kann, genial^^. Aber das beste ist die direkte Umgebung, ruhig gelegen in bezaubernder Weinlandschaft. Den Pool haben wir gar nicht benutzt, weil wir nur eine Woche hatten und immer unterwegs waren tagsüber. Klare Empfehlung!
