Baby bed available. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st.fl.: large living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and double sofa-bed, connected to another living room area with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath.LOCATION: 2 km various shops and horse riding school, 15 km Siena.

Grundsätzlich ist anzumerken, dass das Haus "Casale Stine" ein schöner Rückzugsort ist, um einen

Grundsätzlich ist anzumerken, dass das Haus "Casale Stine" ein schöner Rückzugsort ist, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Trotzdem würde dem Haus ein WLAN bzw. Internetzugang gut tun, zumal viele gerne eine Botschaft über das Netz nach Hause senden möchten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte einmal generalsaniert werden (neuer Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler). Auch die Bereitstellung einer Filterkaffeemaschine scheint uns nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Mit einer (N)Espresso-Maschine würde komplettes italienisches Flair aufkommen (Anmerkung: wir hatten unsere Maschine mit). Der Pool sollte auch einmal generalsaniert werden. Wir waren vor 14 Jahren schon einmal hier und mussten feststellen, dass sich kaum etwas verändert hat und dass schon erkennbare Abnutzungserscheinungen an Einrichtung und Ausstattung anzutreffen sind. Ansonst waren wir sehr zufrieden, da wir bewusst dieses Haus wählten.
