Bien situé près du village de Ménerbes. Calme au milieu des bois. Grande propriété avec piscine. Bonnes chambres avec sdb/douche. Fonctionnel sans luxe (cuisine et vaisselle datent un peu). Conciergerie à l’écoute. Idéal pour grande famille ou groupe d’amis.

Très belle maison, très agréable . Nous y avons vécu une superbe réunion familiale. Seul bémol très mineur: il serait bon de revoir les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs pour arranger/consolider ce qui est en place. Cela ne remet en cause en aucune façon notre appréciation très positive sur ce site.

A spacious house with pool set in a quiet rural location. House was reasonably well equipped, clean and comfortable. All went well until after we had left. The owner withheld some of our deposit, claiming we had broken a paving stone beside the pool. This had happened before we arrived and we pointed it out to the owner before we left, and that there were other cracked pavings around the pool. They still took the money, which is absurd amount for a broken stone. Tried to communicate with the owner several times to ask for an explanation but never received a reply. So - expect to pay much more that you bargained for.

Nos vacances en famille à la Suzonière ont été un vrai bonheur. La maison , la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus et nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la réactivité de la responsable de la vie tranquille qui gère les petits problèmes. Merci à elle. Nous aurions juste aimé que la cuisine extérieure et surtout le barbecue soient un peu plus modernes. Pourquoi pas une plancha pour notre prochain séjour ?

Très jolie ensemble jardin (parc), terrasse et maisons. Les chambres sont très accueillantes, les salles d'eau bien faites et bien entretenues. Le salon peut accueillir 25 personnes facilement, sans que le gens se sentent coincé. La piscine est grande, le terrain de boule et l'espace enfants donnent une belle ambiance pour des groupes/familles avec enfants. S'il a une critique c'est la surface de la cuisine qui ne convient pas au 17 personnes qui peuvent loger. Il est très difficile de travailler à deux, un four ne suffit pas et la surface de travail et un peut petite. Nous avions eu des chefs de cuisine pour préparer les diners et ils ont eu du mal.... Mais.. il y a suffisamment de lave vaisselle.. très confortable. Je vais certainement revenir !!

We were there during the heatwave and temperatures were between 35/40oC . Air conditioning would have been very welcome in the larger Villa. We had a defunct toilet seat in the main bedroom for the whole holiday , We reported it to Cecile three times.

Un sejour inoubliable dans le Luberon
Très belle propriété parfaitement entretenue. Et très bien située. Lieu de villegiature idéal pour les grandes familles à 2 pas des beaux villages du Luberon : nous étions 16 dont 6 enfants/ados. La petite maison a été appréciée par les parents avec les plus jeunes enfants. Un plus pour la cuisine extérieure. Il faudra néanmoins prévoir d'y restaurer l'électricité pour les barbecues du soir. Par ailleurs il manque un peu de linge d'office (torchons). Et la porte de la petite chambre du rdc ne ferme pas. En tous cas un séjour plus que réussi. Le personnel en charge de l'entretien (jardin, piscine et ménage) a su être discret et sympathique. Je recommande. Pour le cadre, la tranquillité et la beauté du lieu.

The perfect place for a Provence vacation!
The house and property were even more beautiful than the photos suggested- this was the perfect place for our group of four families (14 persons total.) Plenty of space, great accommodations and a great location near the lovely towns of Menerbes and Bonnieux. Not only were the condition and amenities of the house first-rate but the design and decor was done to such a level that it satisfied even the high standards of my decorator wife! And we also had a great experience with the property management company who were quick to respond to any issue (nothing major) and delightful to work with. All in all, La Suzioniere is a lovely location for a Provence holiday and we look forward to returning next year. En Francais: La maison et la propriété étaient encore plus belle que les photos suggested- c'était l'endroit parfait pour notre groupe de quatre familles (14 personnes au total.) Beaucoup d'espace, de grandes chambres et un emplacement idéal à proximité des jolies villes de Menerbes et Bonnieux. Non seulement la condition et les commodités de la maison de premier ordre, mais la conception et la décoration a été faite à un niveau tel qu'il satisfait même les normes élevées de mon décorateur femme! Et nous avons également eu une grande expérience avec la société de gestion immobilière qui étaient bizarrerie à répondre à toute question (rien de majeur) et agréable de travailler avec. Dans l'ensemble, La Suzioniere est un bel endroit pour des vacances Provence et nous avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine.

Grande et belle maison au calme et au vert
Nous avons passé un séjour court mais parfait à la Suzoniere. La maison est grande et confortable, aussi belle à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, et bien équipée. Le jardin et la grande piscine sont très agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille (nous étions 15) ou un groupe d'amis.

La maison est vraiment superbe! Nous nous sommes régalés! Grandes pièces à vivre, chambres avec salle de bains confortables, piscine agréable, cuisine fonctionnelle, terrain arboré.... I would NOT recommend this property
We could have had a good vacation here, since the house was superficially very attractive but there were too many bad things about our stay to make it enjoyable. The separate house developed a very bad smell and although we complained to the agent about this it appeared impossible for the plumber who was called in to do anything about it. The ground floor bedroom in the main house (overlooking the pool) flooded each time it rained, with rain coming in underneath both doors and soaking the curtains and floor - disconcerting to get out of bed and unexpectedly having to walk through pools of water. Essentially the owners appeared to have an uncaring attitude to their tenants and were reluctant to provide essential equipment, for example the house was poorly equipped with cleaning implements, necessary for our 2 week stay (the cleaners who came during our stay were only supposed to clean bathrooms). We had to ask the agent for a working vacuum cleaner and mops, since with several small children the living and eating areas needed to be cleaned quite often. These cost so little compared to the price for renting the property. We should not have had to keep asking the agent to provide all the things that were missing We would certainly never rent this property again.

La susonière avec enfants et petits enfants
Nous a vons passé une semaine formidable en famille à la susionière. Petits et grands en gardent un souvenir inoubliable ! tout y était : La région très belle à visiter, l'implantation calme et très bien entretenue . L'intérieur de la maison avec les chambres très indépendantes pour chaque couple et les enfants. L'utilisation de plusieurs pôles cuisson, réfrigérateurs et lave-vaisselle qui facilitent la vie d'un grande famille ainsi que plusieurs endroits agréables pour déguster apéritifs et repas dans le parc. sans oublier la piscine évidemment. L'accueil a été agréable et le service ménage appréciable et soigné. Nous reviendrions sans hésitations. Bien cordialement :
