Our house is located is on 4200 sq. feet.
6 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 outdoor fireplaces and 1000 sq. ft. covered patio.
Our property has three huge rooms to spread out guest
We want everyone to feel at home. Our focus is Bachelor and Bachelorette weekends!
Furthermore with a family group A Fun and Family weekend!
small family reunions and group travel. The house is set up for larger groups, small family reunions and group travel. The house has large TV viewing areas, a poker table, bar area with cocktail tables and large sectional couches that look out on the pool view back yard.
The kitchen is large with eating area, includes a 20 foot granite outside dinner table. The set up is focused on being outside, uniting with family, friends, creating a social environment and having fun!
Backyard Includes:
Basketball Court with stadium lights, sand volleyball court with stadium lights, pickleball court, golf driving area, frisbee golf, 30000 gallon pool with water slide, water basketball, water volleyball, outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV's, 20 ft granite conference table, pool table, ping pong table , tetherball, darts, shuffleboard , 8 man hot tub, firepit, smash ball, Kan Jam and corn toss.

Every yard game you could want

House was exactly as described. Plenty of space for our 12 person golf trip. The backyard was amazing and we ended up spending more time there than exploring Scottsdale!

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Amenities!

We had an incredible time during our stay in Scottsdale! The property offered so many amenities that kept everyone entertained—there was truly something for everyone. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and we loved making use of the volleyball court, cornhole setup, ping-pong table, and pool table. It really felt like a private resort!The house itself was spacious and served our group very well. While the property is a bit dated, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Our only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more essentials, like zester spoons, wine glasses, and baking dishes, to make meal prep a little easier.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Scottsdale!

Great stay

It was a great stay, had my daughters high school graduation and all the family stayed there. We had a little grad party and the property was perfect with all the activities. Beds were comfortable, kids loved the waterslide. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay, Great Host

Incredible. Host is the best !

We were able to drop off luggage and groceries before check in ( Host was gracious to accommodate ). When we finally checked in, he had put up our groceries and Beer in the fridge so it was cold for us. Never a dull moment with this property as there is plenty to keep you busy.

We had a lot of family come into town for a small wedding. We had everyone stay after for awhile after. Everyone loved the pool and all the activities for the backyard for so all ages. Would stay here again.

Scottsdale Home with Backyard Oasis

Perfect house for a large group. The backyard is absolutely perfect for playing games in the sun, hanging by the pool, and grilling out. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and house for our needs.

Bachelor Party

This place was perfect for my buddy's bachelor party. Plenty of beds and a big backyard with all kinds of things to do. We played volleyball majority of the time. This place could use some upgrades, but the only real issues were the AC was locked so it did get a little hot at night and the pool was very cold. Besides those two things, everyone in my group had an awesome time! Also, the owner was very helpful. I ordered some custom gifts but they wouldn't arrive in time for me to bring them, so the owner let me ship them to the rental.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time celebrating a groom-to-be and couldn't have been more happy with our stay. The pictures do not do the house justice, it was so much better in person!! Every yard game imaginable and even more! Super accessible host which made everything very convenient. Great trip and definitely recommend!!!

Bachelor party weekend

Our experience at the house was great! We got into Scottsdale early and John was accommodating with letting us drop our bags off early so we could get them out of the car and not have to worry about them. The back yard was why we booked the house and the listing doesn’t do it justice! So many more games than what was listed. The interior of the house was a little dated/worn but for our bachelor group it wasn’t a problem at all. John was a very understanding and accommodating host even offering to let us check out late.

Great for entertainment

The house has an amazing back yard! A little bit in need or repair. The house had lots of room but the floors were not clean. The kitchen sink was in need of repair but the owner was quick to help out and create a temporary fix. I would not recommend visitors that are concerned about an extra clean place. Great for bachelor weekend.

SCOTTSDALE GETAWAY

We had a group of 10 people the youngest was 15. The house is large and spacious. It is in need of some repair but nothing that mattered to us. We were mostly interested in the yard games. It worked perfect for our family. Pretty sure this home has almost every yard game available. The pool is not heated so the kids were a bit disappointed but we made it work as well. Would recommend staying here for a large family weekend.

Not a pleasant experience

This house is not very nice and the pictures are better than the actual house. There are tons of mice, cockroaches and bees in the house. The house was not clean when we got there. There's mold growing everywhere. Don't bother opening any cabinets or closets, because they were abhorrent inside. The owner tried to blame me and my guests for this.... These problems existed way before we got there. The house is in disrepair and I would not recommend bringing your bachelor party there. I couldn't imagine bringing my family or children to this place. The owner will respond blaming me for his house being in very poor condition. This also speaks to his character. I damaged something and immediately told him about it. I tried to do the right thing and he decided to charge an exorbitant fee for a single outdoor cushion. He complained about bachelor parties, but the name of his house on here has that in the title... He is happy to take your money and run. Even with all the problems we faced (listed above is only a fraction), I would've let it go if not for the over charges. Also, his argument that we didn't inform him of any issues is not a good one. Who wants to be bothered with trying to get a house cleaned and utilities fixed when you only have a limited amount of time in town? Highly do not recommend.

Fantastic place and great location

We had about 14 folks meet up in Scottsdale and this place was everything advertised and more. The pictures don't do it justice as it was an incredibly large space with tons of games and room for everyone. Check in was easy and seamless. And the property was clean and comfortable. Everything was superb and the location was easy to get to and from places even with ubers being in high demand.

The house is centrally located in one of the plushest areas of Scottsdale (McCormick Ranch ). The house is situated on a private 1 1/2 acre lot which allows your group to spread out in privacy. You will be located in the middle of Scottsdale where you have access to bike paths, walking trails and Talking Stick Entertainment District A 5$ Uber ride to OLD Town party district, Fashion Square, Camelback Mountain, 300 Restaurants and bars, McCormick Ranch Railroad park, Chaparral Park, and over 6 major golf courses. Houses in this neighborhood sell for over 1 million dollars. Privacy from the neighbors is a big plus since the homes are located on the biggest lots in the McCormick area.
