Sugar Ski Economy Two Bedroom - Unit 822

This is a second floor, two bed two bath condo in building 8 with free WI-FI. The living room has a 39" TV, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. In the dining room there is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating at the bar. In the master bedroom there is a king size bed and guest room has a queen size bed. The newly rebuilt clubhouse is open and ready for fun with an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts (also outfitted for pickleball) and outdoor grilling in nice grassy areas. Come and relax in the mountains! **No wood burning fire place**

4 day stay at Sugar Moumtain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Disappointing Unit 822

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is a real disappointment. We’d had a great experience staying in a unit at Sugar Ski a few years ago and looked forward to this stay for a couple of months. We found this unit to be in dire need of cleaning and maintenance. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, mildew on the shower head and kitchen sprayer, dog hair on the sofa and loveseat, mildew on the balcony chairs, and burned out bulbs in the light over the table. The walls are dirty and need painting, and the carpet needs replacing. This unit’s only redeeming value is its view. It looks like it was last painted and decorated in the 1980s. The mattress on the king-size bed is lumpy and hard. The blinds are mini blinds, brittle, and do not keep out the light. It sure looks a lot better on the website than it is in reality.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The ski in ski out was awesome, and the view was beautiful. The interior was a little dated but seemed clean. the kitchen was equipped well enough to have some meals there. We could have used some cookie sheets though. With Covid precautions in place, we did not see or meet any staff. We plan to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome location. It’s great to just go out the door and ski down the slopes. I only wish the units were updated. We stayed in a few different units over the years and it seems like they need to be updated with new furniture and bedding and upgrade kitchens. Overall clean, but they really need to focus on the most important areas, the beds/sheets and pillowcases and the bathrooms. But overall a very nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our two week stay very much. The unit was adequately furnished but needed a little updating. However, it was very clean and was moderately priced. The surrounding area lent itself to many sightseeing trips.
