Sejour lac de come

Maison très propre , très bien situé pour les visites. 15 minutes à pied du lac . Accès piscine par jardin . Excellent accueil ( yaourts, boissons fraîches, fruits, café...à notre disposition à notre arrivée). Garage fermé pour véhicule..

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Es fehlt an nichts und der eingezäunte Garten war super für unsere Hunde. Wenn wir zu Hause waren, konnten wir auch ungestört im Garten verweilen und es war herrlich ruhig und somit super erholsam. Die Sonne hatten wir von morgens bis am späten Nachmittag im Garten. Aus dem Schlafzimmer hatten wir immer einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es den Blick auf den See. Auch ganz klasse fanden wir das Dachfenster im Bad, dadurch hat man immer super Licht. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Terry. Sie hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war stets erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie im Internet beschrieben und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Einzig eine deutsche Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, aber da wir das vorher wussten, haben wir unsere eigene mitgebracht. Wir waren mit unserm Hund auf Reisen und das eingezäunte Grundstück war dafür perfekt. Der kleine Garten ist komplett von Hecken umgeben, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und der Pool ist direkt vorm Gartentor. Die Anlage ist komplett eingezäunt und da wir nur 1 Schlüssel erhalten hatten, haben wir uns natürlich einmal ausgesperrt, aber Claudio hat uns schnell geholfen und danach waren wir mit 2 Schlüsseln auch besser als Familie ausgerüstet. Es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder. Fam. Fischer aus Leipzig

Ferienhaus und Lage waren sehr schön

Schöner Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, aus den Schlafzimmern hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und den See. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Claudio & Terry war sehr gut und sehr herzlich. Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine große Schale mit frischem Obst, Bier, Joghurts und Saft. Vielen Dank

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Perfekte Erholung

Terry und Claudio sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Sie hatten für uns Obst und Getränke bereit gestellt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Auch die Kommunikation bei der Anreise und während des Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse bieten sehr gute Privatsphäre. Ales in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Claudio und seine Tochter haben uns mit Obst und kalten Getränke empfangen. Die Nähe zum Pool war super. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. In der Garage stand das Auto von der Hitze geschützt.

Urlaub wie man sich ihn vorstellt!

Ein schönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für den Aufenthalt im Urlaub benötigt. Ein grosses Plus ist, dass der Pool direkt vor dem Garten dieses Haus liegt.

Mooi huis op prachtige locatie

We hebben 14 dagen genoten met ons gezin van 4 personen en hond van dit mooie huis met omheinde tuin en nagenoeg privé zwembad. Uitzicht en ligging was uitstekend. Zeer gastvrij ontvangst van eigenaren Terry en Claudio. Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien zoals o.a. vaatwasser. Kortom zeer geslaagde vakantie.

Excellent séjour chez Claudio et Terry

Excellent séjour en famille dans le logement de Claudio et Terry. Idéalement situé, le logement dispose d'une terrasse ombragée et d'un accès direct à la piscine de la résidence. Les sites incontournables de la zone sont rapidement accessibles ainsi que les promenades dans la montagne. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à Claudio et Terry pour leur accueil.

c'est avec un très grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé Terry et Claudio pour notre 2 ème séjour dans leur maison magnifique située à Gravedona . Leur accueil chaleureux , la piscine hyper propre devant la maison ( très appréciée ces jours de canicule ) et ce lac de Côme ,quelle beauté!!! à l'année prochaine probalement !!! Catherine et M.

Lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood

Great house. All there you need to have a great stay and feel comfortable. The communication is easy and we felt cared about. All you need is in walking distance. Gravedona is a very nice town. Not too touristic, but all there you need such as cafes, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We would definately come back

Un cadre paisible et bien situé à proximité du lac

Maison propre et agréable, nous avons largement profité de la terrasse abritée et de la piscine. Le lac est facilement accessible (1/4 d'heure à pieds et 5 mn en vélo et/ou voiture). Le cadre est magnifique, et des plages permettent d'accéder à la baignade. La situation de Gravedona en fait un lieu qui échappe à l'afflux touristique massif.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten eine Woche mit drei Personen in diesem Apartment. Insgesamt besteht die Residenz aus drei Häusern, jeweils mit mehreren Wohneinheiten. Die meisten davon waren nicht bewohnt, so dass wir den Pool, der direkt an den Garten grenzt, praktisch für uns alleine hatten. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, außer der Klimaanlage hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Nicht so bequem fanden wir die Matratzen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas knifflig durch eine sehr enge Straße. Der Eingang des Apartments ist von vorne nicht sichtbar. Mit Terry und Claudio hatten wir eine Zeit vereinbart, und sie kamen auch pünktlich um uns die Schlüssel zu geben und alles zu erklären. Vielen Dank für den Obstkorb und die kühlen Getränke zur Begrüßung. Es gibt Handtücher fürs Bad (das recht eng ist), Handtücher für den Pool und Bettwäsche. In der Garage stand das Auto sicher und vor allem kühl. Zum Hafen sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Insgesamt ist das Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub für 3-4 Personen absolut zu empfehlen.
