Fully furnished fourth floor apartment located in the ?Grand Roc Residence? at the foot of the Grands Montets lift Station (2 min by foot). It has been totally renovated during Summer 2009 to a high standard with a modern, cocooning, quiet and comfortable feel with Southeast exposure.

This apartment up to max 4 people fits perfectly for two couples, a home office, a family or small groups to live in real comfort on a self catered holiday working period, with space for occasional guests.

The accomadation of this two floors 38m2 apartment consists of:
- Entrance with separated wash-basin and WC .
- Fully equiped kitchen (with ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator, microwave grill and a dishwasher)
- A living room with one single sofa and a dining table which seats four.

At the first floor:
- one spacious double bedroom that benefits from storage cupboards with excellent views down the valley and Glacier of Argentiere
- one cabin with twin beds
- one bathroom (bath shower)

Parfait ! L’appartement est idéalement placé

Mise à part la panne d’ascenseur ( 4etage ) nous avons passé un excellent séjour . La conciergerie a été très réactive pour chacune de nos questions Je recommande cet appartement !

Great location and facilities

The Location directions were unclear with no actual keypad code displayed and the Vrbo app displayed gibberish for the check out details so I would suggest you check your website.The stay would have been improved with WiFi and an aerial cable for the TV

Très bon séjour dans un environnement favorable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement, fonctionnel, joli, propre, avec une vue dégagée sur le torrent du glacier d'Argentière et tous les services à proximité : gare, boutiques, alimentation. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des hôtes et leur cordialité.

Excellent séjour au ski

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce comfortable et chaleureux duplex très bien agencé, et très bien situé tout près des remontées mécaniques, d'autres domaines skiables, et de Chamonix. Nous recommandons ce logement, également pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse de ses hôtes.

très bon et beau séjour

Appartement en très bon état, propre et agréable...tout est à proximité, commerces et débuts de randonnées..Nous aurions simplement aimé avoir les cartes d'hôtes pour circuler gratuitement dans la vallée de Chamonix (généralement les loueurs l'offrent à leur locataires pour éviter une circulation importante ) .

Charmant appartement en duplex avec 2 chambres séparées à l'étage et cuisine équipée, four frigo micro onde et surtout lave-vaisselle !! A 10mn a pied des remontées du grand montet et au pied de la ligne de bus qui dessert flegere au sud et le tour au Nord. Tres bien situé au final avec tous les commerces à proximité. Ein toller Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bus), alles gleich um die Ecke. Wandermöglichkeiten auch ohne Auto gut zu erreichen. Und auch nach Chamonix kommt man in kürzester Zeit.
