Very sunny apartment for 4 persons, completely renovated recently. It is in a private and closed area, El Cortijo, with swimming pool, gardens, playground and parking. The apartment is in the third floor of a building with 4 floors with elevator. In a privileged location in Sitges. At only 5 min. walking distance to the beaches, in the center but away from the noise. It has 50 sqm, one double bedroom, one single bedroom with bunk bed, kitchen, living and dining room, smart TV, bathroom with shower, air-condition in all rooms and heating. All rooms, without the bath, goes to the large 12 sqm balcony.Perfect for couples or families.

Beautiful place. A very clean property inside and out. I would recommend it, but only for 2 adults and 2 children. The twin beds are not really for Adults size. The appliances were in perfect shape. The patio was awesome. The location was perfect and central and very walkable for anyone. I would come back!!!

Fantastic property in Sitges

The apartment was well located as close to both the beach and the station. The pool is really large and has a separate paddling pool area. It was really well stocked with all that is needed for self catering, plenty of pans, crockery and cutlery. The balcony is really large and was great to use for eating outside. There is plenty of storage space for clothes. There was even a bag of beach toys for the kids to use which was really appreciated. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay in Cathrin's lovely apartment.

Einfach perfekt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, sehr nah zur Altstadt und Strand. Der Pool hat unseren Jungs super gefallen und den haben nur wenige Ferienwohnungen. Cathrin ist super nett und zuvorkommend...alles perfekt und sehr zu empfehlen!

Schickes, sauberes Apartment

Das Apartment ist ideal für ein Paar oder kleiner Familie mit 2 Kindern. Das Umfeld ist nicht so prickelnd. Hochhäuser! Der Pool ist groß, aber wenig einladend. Aber man ist relativ schnell am tollen Strand und in der belebten Altstadt. Das Apartment ist gut und mit allem eingerichtet. Im Sommer scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag auf den Balkon und die Fenster. Könnte sehr heiß werden, aber Klimaanlage vorhanden. Die Vermieterin kommt aus Deutschland und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Väldigt bra boende och läge!

Vi är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, poolen och läget. Fräsch lägenhet med härlig balkong. Vi uppskattade att allt var inom några minuters promenadavstånd, stranden, shopping, restauranger och tågstationen. Cathrine var hjälpsam och en bra värd! Vi rekommenderar verkligen boendet och Sitges!

Piso muy completo y bien ubicado

Super appartement très propre lumineux, terrasse, tout pour faire la cuisine,proche du centre ville, nous avons fait tout à pied,pas besoin de la voiture et de plus parking fermé, Catherine est très cool, elle nous a même proposer de rester quelques heures de plus le jour du départ, franchement rien à dire sur l'appartement et la propriétaire, tout était nickel, la literie un pur confort, merci à Catherine

Family Holiday

The apartment was clean, perfectly suited for us and our two young boys. It is just on the edge of the city centre but in easy walking distance to both the beach and town. Cathrin couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to accommodate our very late arrival and a small issue got sorted very quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Une excellente location

Appartement refait à neuf, calme et en même temps à 5mn de la plage et 3mn des ruelles animées de sitges. Terrasse agréable pour apéro et petits déjeuners, piscine de la résidence très appréciable après une journée de plage. Manque juste une poubelle dans la salle de bain, Et une petite tablette pour le chevet des enfants dans la chambre superposée, Mais ce sont des détails. Cathrin a répondu à toutes nos questions éventuelles. Bref, la détente au soleil

Muy buena situación, con algun "pero"

Nos encantó la situación del apartamento, así como el apartamento en si, decorado con mucho gusto y muy muy limpio. Cathrin muy amable. La única pega es que nos saltaba la luz cada dos por tres y teníamos que desenchufar el calentador, por lo tanto, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría... Llamámos a los propietarios y nos dijeron que no les había pasado antes y que lo arreglarían cuanto antes. En resumen, buen fin de semana con un pequeño contratiempo.

A very pleasant stay

Cathrin was a great host and was very helpful in meeting us at the apartment for our late arrival. Our flight was delayed by a couple of hours but she managed to meet us and help us get checked in. The property was recently renovated and had the latest appliances and A/C in every room and just as pictured. The location is great and within walking distance to the bus/train station and beach and town. It's gated in a quiet part of town so away from the noise. We enjoyed our stay in Sitges which is a lovely beach town about half hour out of Barcelona. We would definitely recommend this place!
