This beautiful comfortable studio / apartment equipped for 4 people is located in the heart of the pedestrian family resort of Arcs 1600 and at the foot of the slopes (450 km of slopes, connection to la plagne by Vanoise express). It has a large south-facing balcony with open views of the valley and the resort.
The residence with digital code has an elevator.
It is ideally located in the heart of the resort and close to all shops and restaurants. The funicular connecting Bourg-St-Maurice station to the station is very close and free shuttles provide access to other stations in Les Arcs.

The perfect location

Superbly located in Arcs 1600 village. A well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. Access to ski lockers is an added bonus. We will most certainly look to visit again next ski season

Our arrival was delayed due to airport problems. The last thing we needed was not to be able to walk straight into the unlocked apartment as we were told. Called the owner Marc, who was obviously embarrassed and at a loss as to what to do. Tracked down the Concierges apartment, had to almost knock it down the door to wake her up as she would not answer her phone. 'She forgot to open!' No apology. If we had walked into the apartment as expected, would be an around excellent review. From the first morning, Great weeks skiing. Apartment as the pictures show. Easy access to Les Arcs other villages and if an intermediate or better skier, getting across to La Plagne is straight forward. We went over every other day. No hesitation to recommend the apartment for 3. Can take 4 as we didn't use one of the bunk beds. However, do not trust the concierge to do the simple task of access. Call once landed to ensure she 'remembers'!

Notre séjour aux Arcs s'est très bien passé. La communication pour préparer le séjour ainsi que la procédure d'arrivée étaient excellentes. Je recommande vivement l'appartement de Marc pour ses prestations et son emplacement et la facilité pour échanger avec le propriétaire.

We hadden een fijn verblijf in dit appartement. Helaas was de vaatwasser defect maar de communicatie met de eigenaar hierover was uitstekend. Ik zou het appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Super appartement

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l’appartement. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce et tout est pensé pour passer un bon séjour. Marc et sa femme sont très accueillants et ont fait en sorte de notre arrivée. Hôtes vraiment sympas. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Lovely place

The apartment was ideal for a family - well located for the commerces and the ski slopes. The owner and the agents were very accommodating and helpful even when we were very delayed on the road due to holiday traffic. Would recommend to anyone.

Appartement très propre, très bien situé au pied des pistes. Avec une exposition plein Sud. Aménagement est de bonne qualité, avec un mention très bien pour la salle de bain et la cuisine. Rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et très facilement joignable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Great for the two of us

This studio was ideal for my son and I for a week's skiing. One thing that attracted me was the separate shower as opposed to one over the bath and it was really great. Having bunk beds was good for us too but I guess a couple could sleep in the living room if you pushed the two single beds together. There were lots of useful bits and pieces around like kitchen roll, salt, pepper, sugar, cleaning materials etc. The kinds of things you don't really want to bother buying for just a week's stay and they made life easy for us. The location was great too, only a few metres from a lift and skiing right back to the door. We were very happy with the apartment.
