La atención recibida, la ubicación y comodidades que tiene la calle en la que esta situado. Y el apartamento en general. La verdad que hacía un poco de calor, creo que estaría mejor el apartamento con aire acondicionado en lugar de un pinguino que se queda corto.

La atención exquisita

El apartamento es nuevo y decorado con gusto. Limpio tanto el apartamento como las ropas de cama y baño. Dotado de accesorios como secador de pelo, lavadora estupenda, quizá faltaría más menaje de cocina que está muy bien. Es un placer contemplar la playa desde el salón, dormitorio y cocina. Un valor muy importante la atención de Benjamin tanto en la llegada como a lo largo de la estancia, nos hemos sentido muy bien atendido. Volveremos sin duda.

Wonderful holidays in a wonderful apartment

In the eyes of my three friends and me, it wasn`t a mistake to rent the apartment on the "Playa Postiguet" . The apartment was very clean and in a good condition. Furthermore, the sea view was very unique. The location of the apartment was very amazing. It was near the beach "Playa Postiguet", near the downtown of Alicante and near the wonderful sight " Castillo de Santa Barbara". The landlord was very accommodating and personable, we felt very welcome. The only gripe I have to complain about is the fact that there was construction work in the house and it wasn`t mention in the decription of the apartment, but ultimately, it was okay, because we told it our landlord and he tried to solve this problem. So, all in all I would like to say that we had very unique vacations in this apartment and that it is your duty, when you stay in this apartment, to visit the sight " Castillo de Santa Barbara", I promise you that you won`t regret it.

fantastic holiday in Alicante

The apartment was fantastic, clean, new furniture and offers a splendid view on the beach, which was at 5 min walk, basically cross the road, and you are there. The apartment was very central, close to shops, restaurants, and shopping area...a bit of walk (10 min to the harbour) , but a very pleasant walk. Benjamin is a very nice and professional gentlemen, he took time to explain everything and helped us to find our way around (thanks!!!) We strongly recommend this place and we will definitely come back.
