Maison idéale pour les vacances

La maison est très bien située, fonctionnelle et bien agencée, assez grande pour que nous soyons à l’aise avec enfants et amis. Tout y est facile, ce qui a beaucoup contribué au succès de nos vacances. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment et en toute simplicité par M et Mme Le Couster. Nous recommandons cette maison et y reviendrons certainement.

Très bon séjour

Très bon emplacement à deux pas de la plage. Propriétaires très accueillants. Grand jardin clôturé. La maison est spacieuse. Un petit point d'amélioration serait l'aménagement de la salle de bain à l'étage (prévoir un rideau de douche par exemple).

Tres bonne adresse

Maison très bien située, dans un quartier calme et à 5mn a pied de 2 plages, du port et des commerces de proximité. Elle est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, un bel et grand espace ouvert: cuisine, salle à manger, salon. Très bien équipée en vaisselle. Nous avons apprécié le poêle à bois pivotant, le bois était mis à disposition gratuitement. Ce qui est rare. La côte est magnifique, de très belles balades à faire à pied à partir de la maison. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir garer 3 voitures dans la propriété. Que des points positifs. Location d un bon rapport qualité prix que nous ne pouvons que recommander auprès de propriétaires très accueillants Mr et Mme André Tanguy

Excellent sejour

Les proprietaires sont accueillants. La maison est propre, grande, confortable, tres bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et equipees en placard ou armoire. Les matelas sont tres confortables. La maison est tres bien située dans un quartier tres calme, a 5mn a pied des commerces du port de Dahouet ou de la rue commerçante du Val André. La plage egalement a 5 mn a pied. On peut ainsi tout faire a pied donc pas de problème de parking. A partir de la maison on accede a pied au chemin de randonnée du GR 34. Tres belles balades à faire En résumé c est une excellente location.

Excellente location

Proprietaires accueillants, très à l écoute. Maison propre, spacieuse, claire, tres bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle.Une belle terrasse, bien exposée et sans vis a vis. Un jardin magnifique, bien entretenu et clos. La location est tres située, a 5 mn a pied de la plage et du port de Dahouet. Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances reussies

Agreables vacances

C est la 3 ème fois que nous venons dans cette location. Nous retrouvons a chaque fois la maison et le jardin tres bien entretenus. Nous appprecions la grande terrasse bien exposée et entourée de fleurs. Nous adorons le port de Dahouet a 5 mn a pied ainsi que la plage du Pissot et les chemin des douaniers Nous recommandons fortement cette location

Excellent séjour breton !

Location idéalement positionnée : plages, ville, petites randonnées et visites (St Malo, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Erquy, Fort la Latte...). La maison est très agréable à vivre et bien entretenue; les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute en cas de problème. Le jardin est superbe et clos (pratique avec un chien). Agréable séjour.

Maison accueillante, avec une petite touche d'originalité avec le salon sur un demi-étage. Feu au bois agréable et pivotant, très pratique. Petit bémol malgré tout : salle de douche au rdc accessible uniquement via la chambre; la propreté et les finitions pas toujours exemplaires; et la cuisine pas très adaptée pour plus de 6 personnes. Situation proche du port et des plages, et au calme. Nous y étions à 7 personnes et 2 chiens fin décembre et gardons, dans l'ensemble, de bons souvenirs sans s'être senti à l'étroit.

Tout à fait conforme à la description. Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille.

La maison est située à la perfection pour ce qui est du calme car il s'agit d'une zone de pavillons récents et de qualité. La proximité du port de Daouet permet d'obtenir des viennoiseries délicieuses le matin et, plus encore, un pain de haute qualité. Les supermarchés et les supérettes ne sont pas loins, le site est magnifique et il suffit de quelques pas pour être sur le chemin des douaniers. Ne manquez pas les couchers de soleil. ...tous les plus beaux sites sont à portée comme le Mont St Michel, St Malo, le cap Frehel etc... La maison est très bien conçue pour 10 personnes mais à 8 c'est parfait. Tout le confort est présent, il suffit de profiter des vacances. La terrasse est très grande et peut accueillir une belle partie de brochettes en plein air si le temps le permet. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et serviables. En définitive une location que nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances parfaites. Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont si agréablement accueillis.

Great holiday in Brittany.

Lovely house idealy situated,near all conveniences.All you need in the way of equipement,fridge,washing machine ,dish washer etc.Ideal for a large group either family or elderly people.The house is situated near the port of Dahouët(10 mins along the coastal path)where you can find the local baker,restaurants,market for fresh fish etc.The beach,Le Pissot is only 5 mins away.Down town in Val André Pleneuf you have all you need in the way of shops from the .fishmonger to the super market.All in all you can spend a great holiday in this region with lots of different places to visit.The owner was very helpful about the variuos things to do and also leaves you a great dossier i.e.markets etc.Don't hesitate about making your reservation!!And you can even forget about your car.
