Apartment with 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen perfect for 6 persons extensible at 7 persons.
Cervano Farm is a farmstead on Garda lake, totally rebuilt, with free wi-fi and a lot of space outside for have a BBQ, play with kids and animals.
Enter a world where the only background noise you hear are cicadas serenading one another.
Cervano has certified organic olive groves and one of our class A buildings is eco-friendly. We aim to keep in tune with nature, but with access to modern conveniences.

Our agriturismo is situated in a peaceful and scenic area, perfect for those seeking relaxation and nature. However, it’s important to note that having a means of transportation is essential for getting around comfortably.

The nearest beach is in Bogliaco, approximately a 30-minute walk or a few minutes by car or scooter. The closest grocery store is in Cecina, about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car.

We are happy to assist you in renting e-bikes or scooters to make your travels easier, but we strongly recommend having a car to make the most of your stay.

Breathtaking and unforgettable
This property is incredible. Beautiful scenery and amenities galore. Close to many experiences in Lake Garda such as Limione Sul Garda and wineries. A fantastic restaurant is within walking distance. Everything about this experience was amazing and I would happily stay here again. Silvia was thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. A lovely experience.

Stay on the path...you will be rewarded
Silvia is one of the best hostesses I have encountered with my VRBO experiences. She is VERY responsive and helpful. She is very proud of what she and her family have done and should be. The views are fantastic. Make sure you take the short walk up the hill to an area her grandfather created for her grandmother during the day and after the sun sets. The view is breathtaking. I would stay here again if the opportunity ever presented itself.

Schöner Urlaub am Gardasee
Ein schöner Garten um nachts bei einem Glas Wein in die Sterne zu gucken. Obwohl wir in einer heißen Jahreszeit da waren, konnten wir die Wohnung morgens und abends gut durchlüften. Und wem dass nicht reicht - es gibt auch in allen Räumen eine Klimaanlage.

Magnifique semaine chez Silvia
Nous avons passé une semaine chez Silvia dans un endroit paradisiaque !!! Silvia et ses parents nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille. La ferme rénovée est tout simplement magnifique et si calme. A 10 minutes à peine de la plage, nous pouvions rayonner sur la côte Ouest du lac de Toscolano à Riva del Garda. L'appartement est très comfortable et calme. Nous prenions nos petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners tous les jours dans le gigantesque jardin de la propriété. Notre chien était le plus heureux également. Merci encore Silvia pour cette semaine idyllique. A bientôt j'espère ! Karine, Chloé, Léna et JJ, sans oublier Jagger !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, der gesamte Gebäudekomplex sehr authentisch und toll auf einem Berg gelegen, die Vermieterin super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass die Unterkunft auf einem Berg liegt sollte man ganz gut Auto fahren können und auch gut zu Fuß sein wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

ein wundervoller Kurzurlaub
Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft pikobello und die Vermieter unheimlich motiviert und daran interessiert, dass wir größtmögliche Entspannung finden. Die Lage des Objektes über dem Gardasee in einer herrlichen Landschaft fördert den Erholungseffekt. Mit soviel Entgegenkommen der Vermieter hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Wir erhielten eine Liste mit Veranstaltungsempfehlungen oder besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten rundherum. Die Sportlichen konnten sich E-Bikes ausleihen und Reitausflüge waren ebenfalls möglich. Sehr schön war auch die Möglichkeit, direkt in den Freianlagen zu grillen und die Ruhe zu geniessen. Wir vergeben die Höchstzahl der möglichen Pluspunkte.

Wunderschönes Rustico in traumhafter Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Ferienwoche auf dem Landgut Cervano verbracht. Die Lage ist zwar versteckt, aber dafür unglaublich idyllisch. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank auch noch an die sehr nette Gastgeberin Silvia. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die anlage ist groß und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten und einem sehr schönen Panorama-Aussichtspunkt. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Grillmöglichkeit im Garten und eine große Spielkiste in der sich die kleinen Gäste bedienen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Anlage zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
