Family Friendly Townhome In Quiet Community, Minutes From Everything

Welcome to this beautifully updated, cozy 2 story townhome located on the free shuttle bus route, within minutes to everything Steamboat has to offer.

With a California King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds with a trundle in the bunk room and a queen sleeper sofa, this family oriented property can sleep up to 4 adults and 4 kids. A pack & play is also available for the wee ones! All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and distance from the living areas below.

The master bedroom has a full bathroom en suite, along with a private balcony boasting amazing mountain views. A large hi-def, flat screen TV with Blu-ray player makes for a relaxing retreat.

On the 2nd floor, there is another full bathroom right down the hall from the bunk and guest rooms. The upstairs includes a washer and dryer as well.

The main level has a wonderfully open floor plan with a family room, kitchen and half bath. The family room includes a large flat screen HDTV, Blu-ray player, and while cable is not provided, there is access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime for all your entertainment needs! A queen sleeper sofa, love seat, bucket chairs and thick, luxurious rug atop radiant floor heat make stretching out a treat. A gas fireplace provides cozy ambience while you surf the free high speed wireless internet.

The very well equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Some of the items include: a gas oven and range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee & espresso makers, toaster, family sized electric skillet, blender, waffle maker, crock pot, air popcorn popper, a wide range of pots and pans and plenty of bakeware. With a large dining table and gorgeous custom, hand made island, it comfortably accommodates dining for 10. The back patio along the beautifully maintained greenbelt offers a propane grill and seating, close, but not too close to the community hot tub.

A secure storage closet located just outside the front door provides a safe place to lock up your skis/snowboards/bikes and any other outdoor equipment.

Super convenient condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is conveniently located near a shuttle bus stop that runs every 15 minutes; the outdoor closet is plenty big for storing all the skis and poles; the kitchen is big and has plenty of supplies; and the beds were comfortable.

Ski trip condo

Lovely condo for a family

Nice spacious condo with large living room to enjoy time together with family or friends. Easy location to get to, in the heart of Steamboat. Clean and well stocked with all one could ask for. Would highly recommend to others!

Clean and spacious condo!

We had a great week staying in Ed and Stephanie’s condo. We had a total of nine adults and had plenty of room. The property was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property to others.

Although the skiing was disappointing, we had a good time during our stay. The WiFii worked great for 8 devices at a time, however there was a delay between the TV and Netflix. The property is close to the bus stop and perfect for two families.

Winter Break in Steamboat

We had a wonderful time at Ed & Stephanie's property! Everything was as pictured, including detailed instructions provided beforehand and in the guest book. They were also super responsive to email for even the smallest of questions. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the convenience to the bus line to get to the ski resort, as well as the comforts of home provided. The condo is very spacious and had more than enough room for us all. Would recommend to anyone in Steamboat!

Great for small family group

This property was excellent for our two couples and two kids. There was plenty of comfortable space to sit around with good reading light. The dining table seated six, which was how many we had. The kitchen was well equipped. Our stay was after the Colorado school year started, and so the complex was quiet. The number of commercial opportunities locally and in town seemed suited for high seasons (summer and winter), which meant nothing seemed busy. The mountain bikers had a great time; the hikers enjoyed Rabbit Ears and Devil's Causeway.

Pre- Christmas Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for my immediate family (my husband and I plus our 3 and 5 year old and my parents who are almost 80). The location is less than a 5 minute drive from Steamboat Resort for morning drop off @ Ski school and can't be beat. Booking was very easy and the communication with the owners was just fantastic- they are very nice and very quick to respond. The king bed in the master was WONDERFUL. Best I have slept on a vacation probably ever. Living room is plenty large for several guests- comfy cough too. Pancake mix that the owners provided in the kitchen was an absolute hit for all! I will provide a few notes just for those who may experience the same type of family vacation we had with young kids and grandparents. You can hear everything in the house- so if you have littles that get up early and run around- bring ear plugs. The condo is a short walk from the parking lot- not far at all, but it isn't a direct shot from parking right into the condo. The side walk was not shoveled/scraped and was rather icy/slippery for littles and elderly to walk the distance from the car into the condo- so just be careful. The fire place was tricky. It will not turn on if the temperature in the room is above a certain degree. While this was more of an ambiance issue, we still would have loved the heat from the fireplace as well. Ice machine in the freezer did not work when switched on so you will need to purchase ice. Overall, would happily stay here again

Roomy kitchen and living area. Condo fit our needs. Enjoyed all the games and pancake mix included. Pipes make some interesting noises but no big deal. Nice that it’s along bus route but but can be a trek when in ski boots. Overall great value.

Great stay for Steamboat Springs Spring skiing!!

My family: Mom, Dad, & five kids (age 11 through 20) stayed and had a marvelous time. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well appointed with necessary things in the kitchen and bathrooms. The washer and dryer (both new) were awesome! Communication was easy and prompt. Check-in super easy and convenient. The keypad door lock made it easy for different times of departure and arrival for skiing. Shuttle to the gondola was convenient and on-time. Overall AND bottom line: we would stay here again...no hesitation! Thanks for a great stay! The Resters

Perfect Steamboat spot!

My husband, our two little kiddos & my parents stayed at The Boathouse for Thanksgiving. Even though Steamboat had a very unseasonable lack of snow, we still had a great trip! The condo was cozy & clean & had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very well-stocked & our kids loved all of the games & bunk beds. The rooms for the adults were very comfortable, too. The condo is close to a great kid-friendly walking trail & a park with a playground. Most importantly, Ed & Stephanie were FABULOUS hosts. None of us had ever been to Steamboat and they promptly & graciously answered all of our questions about the area before we even arrived. They were an absolute pleasure to communicate with and next year when the snow arrives we will certainly look into staying at their place again!

We very much enjoyed this condo, especially the bunk beds. Thank you for stocking popular DVDs and pancake mix - it took us 5 more hours than projected to arrive because of snow, and we didn't have time to grocery shop as we had planned!

Perfect spot for our Steamboat ski weekend

The perfect accommodations for our 2 families - kids all staid in bunk room & 2 other rooms for the adults. Kitchen well stocked, which we used daily, along with washing our ski essentials after each day. The extra 1/2-bath was a savior as well with 8 people in condo. Of course capped the days off with a muscle-relaxing visit to the hot tub. Thanks for all your accommodations & quick responses. With 10” of new snow on the mountain, it was hard to leave. Definitely recommend this condo!

Great family condo

We just finished a week at the Boat House. It was perfect for 2 families with a total of four kids. The boys loved the bunk beds and all the family games. The kitchen has all the basics and there was plenty of seating between the dining room and the kitchen island. Owners are very pleasant and responsive. We would definitely stay here again

The master suite and main areas were great. The condo was nicely decorated and quiet. The queen bed was too hard but the room was a nice size. The bunk bed room is pretty tight, not leaving much room for your stuff and the beds were too hard. The bunk bed room isn't recommended for four adults.
