Very good stay!

The flat is close to everything in the historical center. We enjoyed a lot the city and also the roof top of the flat.

Ce logement peut sembler intéressant aux premiers abords selon l’offre. Cependant, nous avons découvert des choses inacceptables. On nous annonce un parking. Or, ce fameux parking est un parking municipal payant ( 30 € la journée ). Pas très grave dans les faits, mais c’est un 1er mensonge de l’offre. Je ne peux malheureusement pas vous envoyer la photo de la cafetière annoncée dans l’offre près mais celle-ci est plus petite qu’une bouteille de 50 cl d’eau.. C’est quand même dommage dans le pays du café Le pire, c’est que dans l’annonce on nous annonce deux chambres et une salle de séjour avec canapé. Or il n’y a pas deux chambres mais seulement une chambre. Et en plus, la salle de bain est dans la seule chambre , ce qui fait que pour aller aux toilettes ou pour se doucher, nous devons pénétrer dans la chambre des amis. Tout ça n’est pas sérieux. Pour finir on nous parle d’une terrasse, effectivement elle existe, mais elle est rudimentaire, c’est-à-dire bétonner, sans un parasol, sans une fleur, et en plus pour y accéder , nous devons emprunter un escalier qui est dangereux, voire très dangereux pour des enfants. Allez, pour finir aucun tri d’ordures dans les poubelles À côté de ça, l’appartement est très bien situé dans Lecce et c’est vraiment le seul point fort que l’on peut donner à cette location. En clair, notre groupe ne remettra jamais les pieds dans cette location. Navré, mais ce n’est que la vérité. Serge Meyer

L’appartement est joli mais la salle d’eau et la cuisine ne sont pas au niveau: la douche fuit et la cuisine dans un placard n’est pas du tout fonctionnelle

Wohnung lieg seh zentral,ist aber eine Mogelpackung

Wir hatten insgesamt 7 schöne Tage in Lecce,die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der historischen Altstadt von Lecce bietet aber nicht das was sie von Versprochen hat, von Luxus keine Spur. Die Küchenzeile ist ein Witz ,verdreckt und mit einen kleinen elektrischen 2 Kochfeld ausgestattet ,der Kühlschrank funktionierte die Klappe vor dem Eisfach war nicht mehr vorhanden und somit vereist das Fach, Geschirr und Besteck war nur unzureichend da (1mal für 3 Personen) es gab keine versprochene Kaffeemaschine ,im Bad hat man keinerlei Stellmöglichkeiten, wlan gab es zwar funktionierte in der Wohnung aber nicht. Die Wohnung war niemals 75 qm groß eventuell haben sie die Dachterrasse dazu gezählt. Die Wohnung hatte also mit Luxus überhaupt nichts zutun, wir waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht und müssen sagen die Wohnung ist ihr Geld nicht wert.
