Two bedroom apartment located in a beautiful regionalist house with windows to the Plaza de Santa Cruz, completely renovated where comfort and modernity are integrated into one concept, with a beautiful traditional atmosphere.

 

The Plaza de Santa Cruz is one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Seville, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the impressive gardens of the Alcazar. The apartment is the ideal starting point for a tour of the city, so you can get to know its many facets.

 

Santa Cruz 2 is located on the second floor without a lift, and can accommodate up to four people. The main bedroom has a wide and comfortable double bed, and the secondary one has two single beds. The living room has a dining table, and four chairs; a large and comfortable sofa with large windows overlooking the beautiful Plaza de Santa Cruz. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

 

It is an ideal option to enjoy a wonderful stay in Seville. The furniture is modern but at the same time it is embedded in a panorama of Andalusian customs that gives it charm and personality. Our team will receive you with open hands and will try to provide you with the best experience.

Not worth the money

For more than 300/night many things need to be improved, broken drawer in bathroom, all of the doors and windows and improved method for keeping the apartment warm, so many simple solutions could help, but they seem to be overlooked by whoever manages the property.

Perfect location!!

This property is at the entrance of el barrio de Santa Cruz and near so many great places to visit. There are endless amounts of shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the area. It is very close to La Plaza De España, el Real Alcazar, and el Catedral de Sevilla. Communication was simple through WhatsApp and the property management company friendly and responsive to questions. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a prime area to stay in!

Wonderful location in Barrio Santa Cruz

This is a tranquil and lovely location in Seville’s old town, Barrio Santa Cruz. It overlooks a central plaza full of orange trees and is a stone’s throw from the walls of the Royal Alcazar.

Nice but Air conditioning needs improvement

We recently stayed at this apartment in Seville. Here is a quick summary: Pros Location is grea - Charming small square close to everything, yet not too touristy. Plenty of daylight and nice views of square. Nicely decorated. Cons It was extremely hot. There is only 1 air conditioning unit in the living room which did not provide enough cooling for the bedrooms. Our kids ended up sleeping on the living room floor, because their bedroom was in sufferable. Kitchen is not intended for any real cooking - it was ok for making coffee in the morning and simple breakfast.

Great location, but apartment needs work and attention

This apartment is in a great location above Plaza de Santa Cruz and it has potential for it to be something much improved. But currently this apartment needs some immediate work and investment by owner for improved safety, upkeep, and improvement of quality of furnishings and items supplied for paying guests. A number of the apartment furnishings need to be replaced. At least three lamps in apartment had some sort of electrical or other tape on cords (having appeared to have had some sort of damage on cords). We never used those lamps (as this is concerning for fire hazard). Not sure if there was a fire or smoke detector in apartment (but good idea to have them). The beds in apartment are not comfortable - particularly the double bed – which is low quality and lacks good support for two people. There is no AC in the bedrooms and the standalone fan in room with double bed seemed to not be working properly (fan was wobbling and seemed to be failing - so we chose to not use that either). Fan needs to be replaced. We ended up sleeping in a second bedroom on twin beds. The night stand on right side of room we used is wobbling side to side (needs to be replaced). The top drawer in the bathroom is not stable (and cut my leg when it fell forward). I caught this drawer with my leg to prevent it from falling completely out when opened. The kitchen also has issues. We were concerned with poor stability of the refrigerator (which had a microwave sitting on top). The refrigerator is not stable and rocks or moves easily (which is a safety concern). There is no hot water in kitchen tap. Laminate on counter is peeling. There appears to be some sort of leak or past leak on wall above stove area. Coffee maker water holder leaks (needs to be replaced). Not sure if there were pot holders (if you cooked). We skipped cooking, since pans and kitchen items were very limited. No paper towels or a kitchen cloth towel provided we noticed. The two wine openers provided were both broken. The floor in apartment was also dirty – which you could feel if walking in bare feet. Two small rolls of toilet paper supplied (guests must supply the rest). There is a washing machine, you just need to buy your own laundry soap. Two small rolls of toilet paper supplied. These are all things a good walk through by owner could find. Hopefully this helps the owner and property management team improve this apartment. Best regards.

Très bel emplacement

Apppartement correct mais qui aurait besoin d'un peu plus d'entretien (lampes avec fils dénudés, douche avec du moisi, frigidaire bancal ...). La communication avec l'agence via Whatsapp est très facile et agreable. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre ville, proche des commodités et des sites touristiques. La partie cuisine est très peu fournie et à part du produit vaisselle et 2 rouleaux de PQ, tout est à apporter, meme votre sel et poivre ;-)

Perfect for a weekend away

Fabulous apartment for a weekend away - perfect location, lovely and light and very comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars was the lack of crockery - only 3 wine glasses!

Great location, nice welcome - but the equipment inside the apartment is below Even IKEA level, plus with broken/missing drawers in several places like bathroom and living room. Definitely needs better maintenance.

Santa cruz place great localisation

We had a nice stay at the apartment ,the localisation was great and it was a clean apartment .At night it was quiet no noise so we recommand this place and if we come back we will stay there again
