Grand Canyon

Five south Louisiana ladies and I travel to a destination together once a year .We chose to go to the Grand Canyon this year. This house was excellent. It was immaculate. There was plenty of room for all of us. It's one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. The outside patio is well kept. Late in the afternoon we would see deer on this beautiful property. It was about an hour drive to the Grand Canyon, which was an easy drive. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. I would give this house and property a 5 star.

Friends vacation

What a fun house and property!

This was our second stay at this house, and we will definitely come back. The house is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen is easy to cook in and supplies are nicely arranged. Because the house is on the edge of Cataract Lake, there is abundant wildlife to watch: bald eagles, osprey, herons, cormorants, a pair of Canadian snow geese, baby swallows in their nest. And, many deer, including a doe with a few days old fawn. The hosts, Mike and Stephanie, are very responsive and attentive. It was a great stay!

Visit the Grand Canyon

This was an ideal location for us to base our sight seeing from. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed and more. The sunrises were beautiful. We definitely recommend this home.

Wonderful Place

Lake View Luxury

Perfect home

Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed our stay in Williams! The house was beautiful, immaculate, and the view was even better. We loved watching the sun rise by the San Francisco peaks, the bald eagles on the lake, and the deer in the evening. It was such a special week for our family to experience the Grand Canyon and other beautiful areas in Northern Arizona! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Spring Break Family Vacation

We had a very fun and comfortable stay! The property was even better than expected from the pictures! We went out to do activities in the area but also enjoyed just spending time at the house. Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard and watching the wildlife around the property. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of different activities to do in the area. The hosts were very welcoming and were quick to answer any questions. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Great View

Very clean, everything you need is there. Close to town, highways, golf, fishing and the railroad to the Grand Canyon. Could easy sleep 8, but just me and my wife. Hosts were super at welcoming us in and making sure everything was working properly. Will stay there again.

Loved it...

A great place to stay. Everything was just as noted in the review. If your goal is to see various parts of northern AZ, this is the perfect location - Williams is minutes away (perfect for all the staples and/or dinner spots), and close to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and more. Our kids loved being outside, seeing all the wildlife (we saw lots of different animals) and having room to roam. House was clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room. Lastly, the owners were very responsive ... we had one tiny request (which easily could have waited until after we left), and the owners took care of it ASAP. Highly recommended!!

Serenity and luxury

This place is top notch! Super clean, inviting, cozy, relaxing and every detail thought out. The wild life and lake viewing is spectacular! Morning sunrise over looking San Francisco peaks and cataract lake is astounding. Eagles, ducks, geese, deer and coyotes are a few of the creatures we enjoyed watching. Outdoor games like cornhole while enjoying a beverage, grilling or hanging with friends and family all from the back patio. Super private, Lots of parking, and Luxury linens are a few bonuses. This place feels remote but is minutes to downtown Williams and hour to Grand Canyon! We had a variety of ages and this place was enjoyed by all!

Best VRBO you'll ever stay in

The hosts were very responsive. The home was immaculate and kitchen and baths were very well-appointed with anything you might need. The Safeway grocery store as well as downtown Williams is just a few miles away. The lake view is amazing! We saw deer and eagles every day. Lots of games included. A great vacation for our family, including our 2 year old grandson

Michael has lived and owned several business in Williams for over 30 years and Stephanie is a native to Arizona and has lived in Northern Arizona for over 25 years.
