In the heart of the characteristic San Lorenzo district, a delightful tourist location on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s without a lift. Very silent, internal view. Well connected by buses and subways, it is very close to Termini station and is a few steps from the Basilica San Giovanni and the Colosseum. Excellent solution for a cheap but quality stay.
Completely renovated and furnished in 2016, it consists of a living area with open kitchen (complete with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer) with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom . Air conditioning system, Free wifi available. It is fully equipped and has all the amenities to guarantee you a pleasant stay. Lease for tourist use.
San Lorenzo is a very lively neighborhood, close to the university, frequented by young people, a place of Roman nightlife. In the streets around you will find a market, numerous pizzerias, restaurants, bars and pubs. It is a 15-minute walk from Termini station and A and B metro stations. The 71 bus stop connects with the historic city center.
Tourist rental, at checkin it is necessary to pay the tourist tax (not included in the price) equal to 3.50 euros per person per night

Lovely apartment, great host!

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean, bed was comfortable and it had everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. Maurizio was very responsive and friendly. We had no issues during our stay.

Nice apartment

This apartment is exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after walking around Rome. The Termini train station is a short walk from the apartment but didn't seem to save any time when going to see the sights, so we walked everywhere we went. The grocery store is just a short walk down the street from the apartment. We certainly enjoyed our stay and Maurizio is extremely helpful.

excellent stay in San Lorenzo

The apartment was clean and airy, with a very high level of security. We enjoyed the two windows and the comfortable bed. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We are hoping to stay there again.

Schnuckelige Wohnung im "Szeneviertel"

Die Wohnung ist piccobello sauber und für zwei Personen bestens geeignet. In ganz naher Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Bars, die nicht unbedingt von Touristen besucht werden. Daher ist man quasi mittendrin im römischen Leben. Vom nahe gelegenen Bahnhof kann man halbstündlich zum/ vom Flughafen fahren, man hört aber keinen Zugverkehr von der Wohnung aus. Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

L'appartement a tout ce que nous avions besoin pour les repas. Environnement tranquille et lit confortable. Le seul point négatif est le confort des chaises de cuisines mais si vous ne restez pas longtemps à la table c'est correct. L'accueil est bien fait et Michela était très gentille. Bonne communication en anglais.

mooie woning in een sfeervolle vrij rustige omgeving.

Mooie compleet ingerichte woning met goeie bedden op een centrale locatie in Rome 15 minuten lopen vanaf het centrale trein/metro station. Was wel even zoeken om het appartement te vinden. In de directe buurt veel goedkopere restaurantjes dan in het toeristische centrum. Aanrader is La Trattoriola di Luca, Via Tiburtina, 8 !

appartement confortable / quartier très agréable

l'appartement vient d'être refait à neuf et est très spacieux pour un couple. Il donne sur une grande cour intérieure , donc aucun bruit de la rue , les voisins n'ont pas été bruyants.Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir mettre climatisation quand il faisait plus de 30°C. Maurizio s'est montré disponible pour résoudre un problème le jour même où nous le lui avons signalé. La gare Termini est à 20mn en marchant sur des grandes avenues très circulantes mais le quartier en lui même est TRES agréable : très peu de voitures , un bon cinéma , des cafés et des restaurants sympa, un marché tous les matins : une vraie vie de quartier loin du vacarme de la ville.

Appartement neuf et calme

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement en couple. L'appartement est récent et très bien équipé (frigo, cafetière, casserole, vaisselle, sèche cheveux, télévision). Nous l'avons trouvé calme bien qu'on entende un peu les voisins. Le quartier est très sympa, il y a beaucoup de bar et de restaurant. Il faut marcher un peu pour atteindre le métro ou le tramway le plus proche. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très sympathique.
