 1) GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT, situated entirely on the ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 triple and 2 doubles, 2 bathrooms with shower, one with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher. Large outdoor area with sea view, equipped in dining area with pergola and barbecue, outdoor shower. CAR SEATS 2.
2) FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT, located on the upper floor, consists of 3 double rooms, 2 of which have a balcony with sea view, 2 bathrooms with shower, one with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher. Equipped outdoor area in pergola dining area and barbecue, relaxation area and sun loungers, ideal for dogs as it is completely fenced, the outdoor area which is accessed by a flight of stairs (10 steps), is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

The semi-detached house is inserted in a context of terraced houses, in a very quiet area near the beach.
WE ARE ONLY SUNDAY TO SATURDAY.

Perfekter Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt in Fetovaia war perfekt. Die Lage vom Haus ist super und man geniesst einen schönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania war super und sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank Stefania für den tollen Urlaub!

Una casetta in posizione ideale
La struttura si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Fetovaia che è una delle più belle dell'isola. Dalla casetta si gode di una vista stupenda in pace e tranquillità. Grazie a Stefania che ci ha aiutato in maniera impeccabile il nostro soggiorno è trascorso senza problemi alcuni.

Mooi ruim appartement in Fetovaia met een mooi uitzicht op de baai. Hartelijk ontvangen door Stefania en bij vragen staat ze altijd voor je klaar, echt een gastvrouw.

Danke Stefania, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, das Appartement ist toll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit den duftenden Kräuterbüschen und Meerblick war unser Lieblingsplatz!

Eine praktische, bequeme, saubere Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht aufs Meer und schönem Essplatz unter einer Weinlaube hinter dem Haus. Der Strand ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen...

Bei der Ferienwohnung, der Lage und dem Service lässt sich nichts bemängeln, alles hervorragend. Danke! Trotzdem würden wir nicht mehr kommen. Die Bucht von Fetovaia überzeugt auf den Fotos im Netz und lässt einem von der Karibik träumen. Bläst aber der Scirocco, wird der Stand mit einem dicken Teppich von Algen (und leider auch Abfall) überschwemmt und lädt nicht mehr zum Baden ein. Zudem ankern in der Bucht in der Hochsaison viele Segelschiffe, welche ihren Teil zur Verschmutzung des Wassers beitragen. Der Strand war komplett überfüllt und die Zone des öffentlichen Teiles sehr beschränkt. Schade!

Sehr schöne Familienunterkunft
O Tolle Lage nicht weit vom schönen Strand O Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war perfekt und sehr gut vorbereitet O Küche und Bäder sind solide aber sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet O äußerts gastfreundliche Vermieterin mit guter und schneller Kommunikation

Alles nett, aber keine wirkliche Kommunikation möglich.
Es war alles wie beschrieben, aber die Vermittlerin spricht NUR italienisch, noch nicht einmal ein hauch von Englisch. Das war teils ein wenig ein Problem, bspw. als die Waschmaschine nicht ging, und den Schlüssel haben wir auch nur zufällig entdeckt. Naja, die Wohnung ist aber nett und alles da was man braucht.

Ein sehr schöner Platz
An der Ferienwohnung ist nahezu alles gut. Die Lage wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, die herrliche ruhige Terrasse mit Meerblick und Außendusche, die Ausstattung und das Zuvorkommen der Gastgeber. Einzig nervig fanden wir die Verschandelung des wunderschönen Strandes mit Mietliegestühlen.

Meraviglia
La casa si divide su due piani noi siamo stati in quella superiore. L'appartamento è posizionato in una delle zone più belle dell'isola , uno dei golfi più frequentati, nonostante l'alta affluenza si trova in una zona tranquilla ad un passo dal mare, completa di tutto (addirittura lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asse da stiro...)con tre nelle camere spaziose due terrazze che si affacciano sul golfo e un resede completo di barbecue dove mangiare la sera. Cosa fondamentale anche il parcheggio !!! Sicuramente consiglierei la vacanza in questo appartamento.
