LA BELLE VIE

Appartement bien équipé. Seul "hic", pas de machine à laver. Belle terrasse ensoleillée. Grande salle à manger. Par contre le petit coin aux lits superposés n'est pas une vraie pièce, donc très étroit et sans fenêtre. Très très juste pour 2 jeunes ados avec toujours le manque d'intimité. Dommage... Par contre la chambre parentale est vraiment agréable. Vue superbe sur la mer. Nous connaissions déjà cette petite ville fort sympathique et vivante. Résidence calme et bien entretenue. Agréable aussi de pouvoir garer sa voiture à une place attitrée à toute heure. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, mais pour les quelques points négatifs du logement, j'enlève 2 *. Me DESDIMANCHE et M. GORGIBUS

location spacieuse et bien située

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la mer à 50m et du centre de Palavas à 10mn à pied. L'appartement est spacieux, la possibilité de manger sur le balcon à tous les repas et à l'ombre fut appréciable. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Le seul inconvénient a été le manque de fraicheur la nuit, un climatiseur ou ventilateur serait bienvenue en période de forte chaleur, surtout dans les coins cabine et chambre.

Je recommande cet appartement aux familles

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location. Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout pour nous permettre de passer un agréable séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bénéficie d'une très bonne exposition pour l'été car le midi et le soir le balcon est à l'ombre. la plage est au pied de l'immeuble les commerces et les animations à 10 minutes à pied. Les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses au départ de l'immeuble. Je regrette seulement qu'il n'y ait pas de local à vélos ce qui nous a obligé à monter les vélos sur le balcon. Je regrette souvent dans les locations que les propriétaires n'apportent pas plus de soin à la déco et se contentent souvent de mettre ce qu'ils ne veulent plus chez eux (ex : vieux tableaux en fils tendus) les aspirateurs sont souvent aussi hors d'âge. Cet appartement mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Une place de parking est à disposition.

Appartement agréable, très belle vue sur la mer

L’appartement est très bien situé et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le fait d’avoir une place de parking personnelle sera très utile en pleine saison. Il y assez de place pour héberger deux adultes et 2 enfants adolescents.

Propriétaires adorables

Malgré un temps mi-figue mi-raisin, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires qui sont très charmants et adorables (ils n'hésites pas à rendre service... merci encore). L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien agencé parfait pour 2 adultes éventuellement accompagnés de 2 enfants et idéalement situé. Nous reviendrons probablement.
